There are potential combo uses for Brotaur but he really isn't there to combo. The main purpose in the deck is as a heavenly spheres target that when brotaur is summoned targets themself to get levianeer out of your deck.

Unfortunately no it can't anymore. It got the ocg errata sometime in summer last year.

Apologies but the link appears to be broken :( I'd be happy to look if you can post a working link. VFD is really good but if it ends on only VFD I'm not sure that alone is good enough. Most top Meta decks are looking to establish disruptions across 2-4 monsters on board. In addition, a VFD alone isn't an OTK so your opponent may still get another turn even if they can't deal with a lone VFD. That said if it ends on more than just VFD or you have a plan after their turn with VFD, I'd be curious to see what else it does. Admittedly while the my Dragon Link deck establishes a number of disruptions and can OTK after going first, it also is designed so if things get messed up it can play a longer game (which is why there are two boot sector launches in the deck for instance).

@@Me2893me So the link is I:p and also the deck is based off from abusung normap monster becuase of link spider and u can special lots of normal monsters becuase nobody really plays it making it a bit more consistent Also, I really like ure deck and is playing mystic mine and a copy of terraforming a good idea? To just allow you to stall for a lot longer whilst locking down ure oppenents plays. Also, how do u do this combo now with red eyes errata? Really like ure deck btw.

Unfortunately Rokket Tracer Dark locks the deck with its effect so you can't regularly play Appollusa on your full combo board without additional starting extenders so you don't need to use tracers effect. Even then you can only summon dragons while Elpy or Pisty are on board so you can't make her until after you link those monsters off at which point you have fewer material to make her with and by extension fewer negates. You are welcome to try putting her in there but in this build but I think you will find it challenging to get a good moment in your combo to summon her. As for first or second, I'm guessing this question is because of the Dark Ruler No More in the main deck being considered a going second card in a combo deck usually known as a going first strategy. If that is not the case I will leave it at its a going first deck. If you are wondering why a going first deck has DRNM it because when I made the deck most hand traps were inefective against Adamancipators. If you went second game 1 because your opponent decided and auto lost that wasn't good. This was the best card to give you a shot at winning game one then when you lost out. It was quite popular for a few weeks to a month as a maindeck choice for going first combo decks. Unfortunately due to making boards consisting of Abyss dweller and Buster lock, often DRNM isn't enough to prevent auto losing the duel. People have been moving back to high impact hand traps like Nibiru and just hoping your opponent doesn't have a block dragon in hand.

@@Me2893me Thx for the advice. Do u think I should play nibiru and evenly as a card bc the deck is going second. I want to also send u a link to another deck I think u could break its a normal monster needle fiber combo which ends on VFD its highly consistent so if u want it can u please reply. @@orcustplaya8830 You're welcome and thank you. I'm pretty busy today but if you send send/link me the deck profile I'll look over it when I have time. I don't think Evenly Matched is a good main deck card because your opponent will probably have an omni negate monster on board and you don't have space to be running enough board breakers going second in this deck to exaust all their negates. I do think replacing DRNM with Nibiru is probably a good choice as that breaks/disrupts most needlefiber/Jet synchron combos which are every where at the moment.

The new REDMD errata is only effective in the OCG currently and this is a TCG deck. The REDMD errata will make this combo impossible in its current iteration but is also the wrong way to play the card currently in the TCG.

It won't work post Red MD errata. The errata is only effective in the OCG right now and this is a TCG combo deck. The combo probably will be invalid before the end of the year but currently is valid in the tcg.
