Take lysine tablets everyday

Apparently lemon oil is good dry it up and Boots Antiseptic Wound Wash it stinks so bad but u have to take cold sore tablets as well like 1200mg a day every 4hrs

Whenever 8m getting a breakout I usually use some strong rubbing alcohol the green one on the area and that usually keep the sore from breaking out and if I do get a break out I will use some coconut oil with the rosemary in it and that helps to heal it very fast like in two to three days, it stops the itching and tingling instantly

Cold / ice compresses and lysine should work much, much faster, if it really is a cold sore. I once had what you seem to have; it was from nasal allergies. I hope you are no longer experiencing these. 🫂

91 % rubbing alcohol for the first 24hrs all day long. Scabbs up by day 2 or 3 then neosporine to heal.Take Valtrex Asap

As soon as you get the feeling the cold sore is developing take 300mg aspirin 3 times a day at least and then also break the aspirin in some drops of water and apply the paste on the cold sore. 3 times a day at least.

For anyone who feels it tingling i found that taking a lysine pill works to help prevent it from spreading and forming a blister. If you are allergic try finding a pill close to that. If the lysine pill is big like mine, i usually cutt it into quarters and drink with water. I found this lovely lady about a year ago and her methods for drying it out ARE AMAZING!!! I usually Ice it before i put it on. I get mine in big places on the chin (really weird ik) and so its hard for me to explain its a cold sore. Ive had these ever sense 3rd grade. I didn’t understand what it was so i picked at it and it got worse, it was with me for about 2 months because i didnt treat it. i also have a little scar from it as well😭 but just know that the healing process of these take time and with this amazing method i got rid of mine in 1-2 weeks🫶🫶🫶 (I found my comment from here a year ago on my other account haha)
