Hello I have 2 breakout CVO 110 both suffer same issue , the misfire at acceleration when throttle is half way between 2000rpm to 3000rpm one of the both bike as been mapped it’s better but still not there. On that same bike I changed both injectors , fuel pump , spark plugs but it’s not fully fixed , is there anyone here think it could be coil , Ecm , stator pick up etc…. Thanks

Prock said he had to renew his license, he was there to sign off on it when he completed the runs. I am glad they picked him, but I am sure we all wish he was driving again under circumstances. There is a kit jegs or summit sells for this concern. I have used this on multiple trucks. This wires into the ecm tps harness. If I remember correctly it is called a filter. It is used to clean up interference in tps signal.

Remove the headlights from the fairing. Remove the bulbs . I used led strips w/adhesive backing. I was able to get them inside the headlight w/my fingers thru the bulb ‘holes. It helps not to have fat fingers😊

i saw your video and took mine apart there was a hole in the line. i put a new piece of neopreeme hose on with two clamps there was enough room for me to get my hand in the gas tank to tighten the bottom clamp . i hope the high pressure neopreeme fuel line will last. it runs perfect now. with out your video it could have taken me a lot longer to find the problem thanks
Did you have an issue with the center bolt from the primary clutch hitting the frame? I can't get mine out because of that.
I don’t think so. Seems like I may have pried up or down on the chassis to give me a little clearance, w/a small crow bar
I have this issue on my arctic cat its rubbing the case cover. My belt keeps breaking
My 07 Softail Custom has been randomly popping on decell and then stalling out at stops for the past couple of years now...! It's been a complete mystery and still is even though I finally decided to take it to my Harley guy and we discovered that the fuel lines had small pin holes in them so he installed all new fuel lines, (replacement fuel filter line kit,) new HD clamps, new fuel pressure disconnect as it was bad also .! Fuel pressure would drop all the way down to 10.! And so, did this fix the random popping and stalling.? No, it did not.! A week later after riding it all day the popping returned and then a stall-out while I was turning onto my street for home... Fired right back as it always does... What else could be doing this.?

@@wintersstreet3523 it does it randomly.... Since this post i just recently installed new intake seals and I thought that was the fix but 2 weeks later the popping and stalling returned... I've doubled check for intake leaks and it has past the test... I've also added a PV4 and went through 3 different tunes and still that didn't help... I'm on a 4th tune and so far so good.! But my gut says its not fixed because it always returns eventually
I have a 2012 Ultra Classic with 33,000 miles on it. I can see fuel spraying around in tank when I turn on ignition. Fuel pump cuts off and bike seems to run fine. Does the fuel spraying about mean I could have a failing preassure regulator or a Crack in that plastic?

I’m pretty sure you should not have an pressure leakage inside the tank. So you may have just a small enough leak that you still have sufficient pressure to supply the bike when accelerating
Hi Doc I own a 2011 Fat Boy with 16K miles. Maintenance is up to date. I see two issues in my bike. 1 - when running at constant speed (25 mph third speed) engine seems to ramble does not run smooth. I notice power failures or ignition failures listening the exhaust pipe. On the other hand, engine responds quickly to any acceleration. New and original spark plugs and wires. 2 - Whenever I release the accelerator, exhaust system pops far beyond normal and it is original (stock) Some technicians say it is normal in this motor (96 cubic inches). did you test fuel pressure before? let it pump up without starting and let it sit and see if pressure dropped? the pressure relief will discharge once it gets to pressure. I'm having issues with lean fuel issues. but it not loosing pressure inside.
No I didn’t test pressure before or after. Correct it will discharge pressure when the switch is off. As the pump will build pressure and cut off of you simply turn on the ignition switch but not start the engine. Perhaps your filter is partially clogged

One Video on here shows one guy hooks the quick connect hose to the regulator and any one shows the guy hooks it up to the fuel pump itself, thats what I did on mine hooked the guick connect hose to the fuel pump. But when I took my old fuel pump out the quick connect hose was hooked to the regulator? Which way is correct? 04 Harley Davidson Electra glide Classic flhtci? Ranman

@@moisessoto8165 Are you still having that sputtering issue at low rpm? if so i believe i could have good news for you, first of all do you have a PCV or PC3 or any type of air fuel controller, if so, I have the PCV and downloaded a map with the proper air fuel monitoring for my upgraded exhaust and performance cams but once the map is downloaded you must adjust your throttle position to zero otherwise for instance she is idling good but the throttle % is showing anything but zero we have this problem that instead of sending through the ecm the proper fuel & air at zero and on up she is working off of lets say 5% or 15% because the ecm thinks the throttle is cracked open suppling that fuel rate at the wrong throttle position, i hope i explained it well enough if not let me know and i will try to answer "Good luck be safe!
Only did it when needing more fuel / accelerating . No problem at idle or low rpm

I have a PCV I originally had a TBR comp S exhaust ran fine as soon as I installed a TBR mega phone exhaust it stated acting up. But it’s still a 2 into 1 exhaust would this be my problem? I’m only sputtering bad at low rpm speed when going
