While it is understandable that other family members have obligations to their own immediate families, there is no reason they could not each contribute money to you, toward your Mother's care. Everyone is having a tough time surviving in this difficult time in our history. And MANY folks are dealing with the same thing you are... aging and sick parents. To expect strangers to take over your family's responsibilities is just not logical thinking. I sympathize with your situation, but it is time to buckle down and accept your difficult reality, which will mean no fun or personal time to yourself until your Mother passes. By the way you are very young compared to the age bracket most people are dealing with their elderly parents; late 70's and 80's. Be thankful you yourself are not physically down and needing professional care. Now is the time to get tough and deal with your reality. There is no easy solution here; no magic bullets. Just saying...

Good to see you on this channel again. I bet it is ruff taking care of your mom, her house, your wife and your house. I understand how much pay cuts and insurance rates are. When my wife got laidoff and later went back to the company she had to take a drastic pay cut. Of course she had to go with cheaper insurance. It sucks big time. I realize this has some time but i have a tc32 Cherokee....yes they will foul faster being a small cal....but.... I use bore butter, track of the wolf mink paste, and if you want to experiment try shine rite mink oil/ paste ie boot grease....in hot weather you have to add bees wax to bore butter etc, especially w Maxi's.... And no my Cherokee is not for sale....and if tc brings them back i may buy another.

Slow & steady, take each day as it comes. I went through similar with my mom for 7 years, missed out on hunting & fishing, in retrospect, I would do it all over again. Toughest thing in the world but we have no option, they took care of us.

I have never had luck with a cap lock w/ drum. Tried for 30 yrs with my CVA Bobcat .54. Find inline ignition works best for me. Envy those who can make flint locks work, but not for me.

And I’m not sure how deep you are into the line but they also have 8 Ah, batteries, and 12 ah batteries now I use the 8ah daily for fabrication repairs on trailers it’s a big difference

I have a .54 CVA Bobcat @ 30 yrs, that I have never been able to get to fire reliably, despite using musket nipples, etc...Have a .50 TC barrel that I'm thinking of using in it's place....Does the butt-plug on the .54 Bobcat barrel unscrew ? Appears likely, but thought I'd ask....

You need to use 5ah or higher for grinders and other heavy duty tools like grinders and saws they don’t do well on The baby battery

I have one of these in .50 cal. It’s a fine shooting iron! I need to find a replacement frizzen. The one on mine is a hand forged piece. It works but, it’s loose. Possible point of failure.

I have a jukar spain as well. However it is a carbine not a rifle same caliber though. Everything on it was fine but I have a issue with inconsistent sparks. I picked a larger flint which helped but I feel like there is a issue with the frizzen. I like to use it for deer hunting but it is not consistent enough to even wanna attempt yet. It shoots very accurately when it does go off though.

My son and me used to squirrel hunt with muzzleloaders. I use a charleville musket with shot in it. I used pillow tacking lub, for both my top and bottom wad. Paper had a tendency to catch on fire. He used a hawkens rifle same method. We got a hole lot of squirrels hunting that way.

Did they both continue to work? Or did u have any problems with the one on the drivers side? Thanks for the input on the video.
