Dear Amelia, I have been followibg you for quite a while now, and I thought I would share my thughts on your most recent video. First of all, I am really sorry to hear about your cronic pain, and at the same time I got the imoression that you have been handling the situation in a very healthy way, by working on it, and focusing on self-efficacy and independent resiliance. At the same time, I also resonate a lot with your considerations about the presence, or rather, the lack of time from most people in our lives, which I am sure is rarely a result of malice, and mostly just a matter of circumstances and priorities. That said, in my personal experience, and from my studies, I find it reassuring to have learned that the quality of our relations is by far the most important variable. From what I've studied, if we have the luck of finding healthy people, people who uplift us, and we have the willingness to build strong, deep and balanced relationships with them, then just 2 or 3 best friends/life-partners, or as they say "ride or die", are usually enough for most people to get through the hardest of times, provided we all keep taking care of ourselves as much as we can and do our part in the relationships. The idea of my comment is mostly to offer a reminder that while we may need to sort some things out on our own, we are not alone: if we all remind ourselves to try to love and care for each other deeply, and prioritize the relationships in our lives that are willing to do the same for us, I am confident that it could be enough. Other people may not "save us", but they can surely help us just as much as we can help ourselves, if we choose those who are good for us 🫂

This was great. I can't imagine ordering coffee some way that I got talked into but didn't want. It's going to be fun to watch where you take Mia as a character while she works at that business. You are very talented. I watched this twice and didn't know you created it the first time until the end. I watched Restrain as well. I had not seen that yet and wow! I thought that was an amazing performance by you.

Was about to meditate when UA-cam popped open and this started playing. Rather odd to have that happen, but I went with it, and now look forward to the next episodes.
