Ich hörte diesen Song 1988 , in einem Mix auf einer alten Maxell Musikcassette . Ich habe das Lied, in damaligen Plattenläden und später im neuen Internet laufend gesucht oder vorgesummt . Nichts und Niemand kannte den Titel .Ich habe die Hoffnung schon aufgegeben und finde ihn hier heute durch puren Zufall . Ich muss feststellen das er noch besser ist als ich ihn in Erinnerung hatte . Tausend Dank für das Hochladen dieses Meisterstückes.

It's 1987 and I'm 25, just left my first ever job, cashed the last month's pay cheque, left my few belongings at my parents and am off to a kibbutz with £600 to have an adventure on a one way flight. Had a Walkman (of sorts) This Album, EBTG, Smiths, Cure, Kissing the Pink, Lloyd Cole, Furs, Tears for Fears, Gabriel, Blow Monkeys, Simply Red (am now embarassed to say), Housemartins, etc. The best 6 months of my life and am now 63 and these bands still get a look in now and then.

Bought the record in 1985. A bangin tune back then and still sounds terrific now.
