I'm not sure I understand the question

I mean if I don't pay for home monitoring , can I still setup thw system to use. I don't live in the US and I don't have a US number

@@rpcuracao I don't believe you can order it without setting up the subscription. Now if you set it up and then cancel I'm not really sure what happens to everything at that point. The actual security system goes through noonlight so you might see if they have options to set it up with non US numbers or if they can work outside the US.

Did you actually watch the video??! And are you saying that people with mental health issues cant make UA-cam Videos??? If you actually watched the video you would know that it was never stated that you needed to download games on Luna. It was clearly mentioned that you could download games with Amazon Prime gaming and to not confuse the two. Also we have never put out a scripted video. But like most UA-camrs we try to research and have video notes to reference while filming so we try to keep on topic and give as much correct info as we can. Everything in this video is basically displayed in front of your eyes as its talked about so I'm not sure what misinformation you hear or see. Now the video is 2 years old now and it was stated in the beginning of the video that Luna at the time was still in Beta. Now I will say the audio quality in this video is horrible and we have only gotten better over time. I do suggest though that you make a Eye Dr and Ear Dr appointment ASAP if you are hearing or seeing misinformation because I think something might be seriously wrong. @@TheNerdCircle you don’t need to download any Amazon game from Amazon prime prime Amazon prime is part of Luna plus subscription if you have Amazon prime you could play games for free from the rotation selection of games but you cannot download them. That’s why I said your video was misinformation because you said you can download games from prime off of Amazon but keep at making videos you’ll get better overtime but you should do a review after fully exploring, Luna or any cloud gaming subscription service because there’s a lot of UA-camrs that don’t like cloud gaming for some unknown reason. Most of it comes down to their Internet carrier their router there is so much moving parts when it comes down to cloud gaming. It’s kind of hard to do a review, but hey, keep making videos overtime. Your videos will definitely improve and show some gameplay footage, not monopoly like some action game or some fighting game first person shooter most people whose hard-core gamers do not play Monopoly I seen in one of your videos.

@@tyone50able Before you label something as misinformation I think you need to know what your talking about. You are describing the free rotation of games on Luna that come with Prime Gaming. Those did not exist 2 years ago when this video was made. The me from 2 years ago is referring to the prime gaming games that still exist today that you do indeed have to download. You do not need a luna subscription just a prime subscription. You used to claim them monthly and now you claim them weekly and some of them are for the amazon games app and some are for epic games or gog or other various game store platforms and they have to be downloaded to play. Comments are welcome but if you don't know what your talking about please don't come out of the gate saying its misinformation because now you are spreading misinformation in the comments. And again this video is 2 years old. There have been plenty of better videos I have produced since then. This channel is not intended as a gaming channel and the intent of this video was not to play a game but to review the service as a whole, so yes the monopoly game is garbage I do agree but it was not about the monopoly game or any game but that was the game at the time I used as a test and if it couldn't handle that game it most certainly wouldn't be able to handle any thing more than that. And yes a lot of people don't like cloud gaming for some of the reasons you mentioned but also due to input lag and other things that cloud just hasn't mastered yet, some are better than others but when this video came out cloud gaming was on the rise and I made videos about google stadia and others as well. I say again this video is 2 years old. If I care to make an updated Amazon Luna video I would imagine it would be a much more polished video today but at the moment I have no plans of it as Luna just isn't that great and cloud gaming isnt really a hot topic at the moment.

@@TheNerdCircle two years has passed that’s a long time for Luna to be out Amazon Ladue got some pretty good games. You just choose not to explore GOG has also added to Luna. You can now buy games on Luna from GOG store and the Ubisoft store speaking of latency you have to actually use the Luna Controller to get the best experience. The Luna Controller has no latency issues unless your Internet cannot keep up with the service and just because Amazon Luna is not talked about that does not mean the Services is not doing well obviously is doing pretty good if it’s still sustaining itself and continuing to get new games and just added a new channel called GOG don’t know if you’re aware of that also I might add compared to Xbox game pass performance latency Amazon. Luna beats Xbox game pass when it comes down to performance and latency and overall graphic fidelity, however Xbox game pass do have better games but Amazon Luna game just quickly catching up. Amazon may not be popular on UA-cam because most UA-camrs are biased towards cloud gaming and anyway

That's not good. Hopefully you can get it straightened out one of these days but it doesn't seem like they are putting much effort into it lately.

Yes, I guess it depends on which plan/s you have. I don't disagree with you but I'm currently paying $5 a month for Luna+ so $60 a year I don't think you could build a gaming PC for that price but I get where you're coming from. 😄

I don't disagree with you. I keep it because it's included in my Cell phone plan..I pay a few extra bucks to get the premium but it is pricey... unfortunately I think all the big streamers are going to start to get close to this price..HBO Max is increasing and I think when they merge with Discovery I have a feeling it's going to go up again and be close to the premium Netflix. Time will tell.

I wish I had Google Money and I would have bought it LOL I do think we may see the tech in the future with a different name from a different company. I think Google wanted to test that it was a viable option which they did but didn't want to foot the bill forever so now they will license the tech to other companies to do something with it.. Or if the right offer comes around maybe one company will just buy it. We will see. But it will surely be missed as it was known.

Yes, it too worries me about losing content but all services lose content and we just hope it goes to other services. I didn't hear about Flinstones and Nightmare on elm street..hopefully, they live on elsewhere. Thank you..I'm starting to feel much better. As for the name of the new service I had even thought about just WB Max. Yes, I agree spike TV was a weird choice, Long Live TNN. There have been a lot of other weird name changes in tv stations in years past. The rumor is they may have taken it off HBO Max not only to make money from Amazon, but also that WB may be getting them ready for an eventual 4K release by WB themselves. Hey, Yes the sting of losing stadia is going to take a bit to get over. Yes I think Luna slimming down their options is a good idea. Well hopefully either Luna or another competitor can come close to what we had with Stadia and possibly make something even better. Time will tell. 😁

Love your profile pic! Have you checked out the new Sonic Prime on Netflix yet?! So almost a whole month now I was either super sick and when I wasn't I was traveling. Figures during that time Luna made these changes and I missed them LOL So I appreciate your comment so I checked it out and here what I think..They lost so many games it just didn't make sense to have 3 small channels of games so like you said it now bulks up the one channel. And honestly I think it might be for the better because in theory its great to have options and the a la carte style... but if you didn't subscribe to family or retro you felt like you were missing out and if you did subscribe to all 3 it was a bit too pricey for something that isn't fully ironed out yet in my opinion. So now with just Luna+ for a "small" $10 a month I think makes more sense. Why they kept jackbox games is silly because you can get those games a dime a dozen most of the time so $5 a month is just not worth it. They prob signed a contract with them that hasn't run out yet would be my guess. And it seems like they are pushing ubisoft+ a bit more. Although I think if they could get a better deal with ubisoft to lower it by a few bucks a month would benefit everyone. And I still think they need to work in the Amazon games game library into the Luna app and just have one cohesive library. So all the free prime gaming games playable on amazon game launcher would work on Luna would be a big step forward. And they say you can buy games on ubisoft store to play on Luna but they need to work on their own store and or let you link other accounts like epic games or steam and if a game is playable on Luna it will show in your Luna collection...Just my 2 cents LOL

@@TheNerdCircle They are also advertising that if you purchase a UbiSoft game it will also be available on Luna too so I guess that's something as well. I was mostly curious as I just got my Husband a Fire stick for Xmas and set it up so it could run RetroArch but wanted to see if Luna was worth it as well but most videos were a year + old. I've seen ep 1 of Prime but I want to see the rest! Just currently lack a Netflix sub.

@@RebeccaGunn Yes I noticed that they mentioned the ubisoft purchases would show on Luna so that's interesting and I will have to test it for a future video. How did the Firestick/RetroArch work out? My 2 year old loves Sonic so I have seen Prime too many times to count LOL For whenever you get Netflix back I'm not sure if you know but they have gotten into gaming as well. Currently its just mobile gaming that you can play on your phone/tablets but I will have a video coming soon that they supposedly want to venture into platform/PC Gaming so I'm curious to see where they take it.

Yes although I do subscribe to ubisoft+ and enjoy it I think the price is a bit steep. And i still think that Luna could have found a way to partner with Ubisoft better to lower the price if you sign up with Luna just like they had the "founders" price there should be like a Luna Ubisoft+ "Founders" price. Save a few bucks per month and entice people to sign up. Maybe i'm the only one that thinks that would be a good idea.

Thanks for the comment! Your 2 cents are completely valid. Sometimes its just the small things that matter. I 100% agree with you. I love seeing my time played when I load up a game on Steam and at the same time seeing my achievements. The store UI isn't horrible. I've seen worse but It could use some improvements and I do wish you could buy games at a discount and those games were always yours to keep even if you are not subscribed to any of the channels. If they integrated the Amazon Games launcher/Amazon Prime gaming games into Luna so you could see your library of owned games inside of Luna I think it would make it a slightly better experience.

Hey, Sorry for the delay in my response. Just got back from vacation and I'm a bit behind. I will be working on a new video coming soon with information that I'm currently still going over but as for right now my honest opinion is this...Even though WBD is cutting a lot of stuff from both platforms and cancelling a lot of potentially great upcoming things to try to save the nearly $3b They both still offer a great bang for your buck. They both have a decent library of content across various brands so I don't think anyone would regret signing up to either depending on your needs. Now with that being said...who knows if there will be some crazy deals when they finally merge or if they will jack up the prices..it could go either way. If you can lock in to a great deal for a year now and wont miss the money I'd say do it but I might suggest to just do monthly for now and can of course cancel anytime and just keep an eye on things. But also try to see if you can get either of the services included in cell phone plan or home internet plan and try to save some money! 😄

Hey, Yes I totally agree with you. I hate Ads! I don't think I will ever pay for an ad supported tier of anything. But on the other hand..what we can hope for is that Netflix or any service for that matter that offers ad supported tiers can hopefully make more money off the ad revenue that they can potentially lower the price of the Ad free tiers...we probably shouldn't hold our breath on that but its a theory. But on Oct 10th that will go up to $14.99 for current customers only. After Oct 10th for New customers looking at ad-supported plans, the best option would be $9.99 for Hulu & Disney+ both with ads (No ESPN) otherwise all 3 with ads will be $12.99. Hope this helps. 😀
