Its 2024 December and it worked on my steam link that a buddy gave me. I had lag watching movies and now I don't after I changed the band width in the device management settings. it was suing a/b/g now its only using a. works flawlessly.

Open AMD Adrenalin Settings, Performance, Tuning And put Max Frequency (MHz) 2603 Done! Works for my No lags and Driver time out errors! RX 7900 XTX Asus Tuf Oc

Solution 3 worked for me. My AMD driver was deactivated for some reason.

I guess maybe ill try a install on rockstar and not steam , i have tried steam solutions and my game shuts down and does a total restart , just ridiculous for a now old game to have launching issues, over a hour trying to solve this so far, will never buy a rockstar game again if this persists

Ans now it's happening again, right now. September 30, 22:21 that started here. I'm from Brazil, and PSN is busy with an error code every time i try to connect.

windows is force closing emp.dll from executing... no error message shows up in defender so windows is doing this a different way...does this have anything to do with virtualization security?

This garbage port wont detect ur controller if you have another Joystick connected. I have 12... i cant pull them all out or disable. Its ridicilous that they cant get this fixed when it works just fine in 99% of games
