Saw these guys twice back in the day. When Jesus Freak came out, it was like a Revival was about to break out. I thank God I got to see them live. Life got a lot harder after that but these memories I will always cherish. Thank You DC Talk for being a part of my life. Peace and God Bless. ✌🇺🇸

Wow...just Wow! Haven't heard this song in about 15 years but was singing along to every lyric like id heard it only yesterday 🤣 This girl at my church gave me the Jesus Freak album when I was like 10 and i listened to it all the time and it helped me a lot through some tough times back then like my parents splitting (I also fancied the pants off this girl and in my mind I thought listening to this would somehow get us together 🤔 i was an idiot 10 year old....) this is like seeing an old friend! I love this band and I feel so holy listening to this...God Bless you Guys and thanks for the lessons and being with me as I was growing up 🙌

For my friend below, it wasn't from Godspell - you're thinking of Jesus Christ Superstar. But they're both weird, corny 70s hippie movies. One thing that makes JCS work is the script which gets very political. Jesus threatened the establishment, so they had him killed.
