I thought this was a good explanation of the different roles, although there wasn't any part for the HCAs, who tend to provide the largest part of the team and spend the most time on the ward with the patients.

In many psychiatric clinics in Germany you are simply thrown on the floor and up to 10 nurses are on one and you are immediately fixated on what is sad. You have a role model for me
