They break. Half the fun is maintaining them. Eventually you'll break all the common stuff, upgrade it, and you'll have to replace fewer parts. They still require maintenance. And not hitting curbs.

It’s not broke . Put it back together . Kraton don’t like nose dives or lawn darts . It’s kind of bouncy on the back end when landing too . The 4s one is the sweet spot . 1/8 is fun and fast but for me 1/10 size is great . Liking the 1/10 granite right now . Anything that breaks is an easy fix on these . Doesn’t need upgraded parts imo . They break too

My first Hobby lv car was an Ftx Colossus 1/8 with Castle creations Mamba Monster. WAY outta my skill level. Built a little quarter pipe. Hit it fast at an angle smashed into block of flats rather than going parallel to it 😭

I enjoy watching people saying, "oh it's too slow and oh I would've done 3 of them" This machine cost 50k plus for a good reason, the purpose of it is so you don't have to bust your back doing tires and can use your energy on something else. I've used plenty of tire machines, so far auto34 and revolution were both my favorite. Miles ahead of their competitors. They get tires done effortlessly, they mount and dismount low profile runflat tires like breeze. unless you are extremely stupid or else you just can't fuck things up If someone enjoys busting their back and your knees scratching the wheel with an old school clamp mount tire machine... Go for it. For me I'll stick with my hunter, proper tools makes huge difference.

I did this with my first hobby grade R/c the stampede, upgraded it to brushless and hit a rock flat out on 3s broke alot but i got it fixed back up lol

I’m liking the wheels I just got my Rustler 4x4 RXL & have had it out 3 times I just finished installing the Traxxas front light/ bumper. I was going to get a Slash but after researching I got the Rustler instead. Super impressed so far. And that’s saying a lot I also have other Bashers Fireteam Mojave Senton Lazernut. I’d have to say the Rustler is super fun & pretty fast stock. What is the top speed with stock pinion?

You can get it up to 75-80 mph with mod 1 gearing on a 3S lipo.I recently bought mine about a month ago and stock was 26-28 mph on 2S and 40-41 mph on 3S. I changed from the 32 pitch 11/54 gearing and went with mod 1 20/40 gearing. I have Traxxas Anacondas on mine. 74.5 mph is my max on 20/40 gearing with anacondas all four front and rear. 20/54 gearing on my stampede 4x4 Vxl I got 62.1 mph on 3S with the stock talon wheels.
