Maytag Model 92
Maytag model 92, (the tag says 16 - 26). serial number 521750, dating to 1933, I think.
Believe it or not, it was headed to the scrap yard, so I got it for nuthin. The piston was stuck, and it needed a new spark plug wire. I'm sure it could use some more tlc, but wanted to see if it would run pretty much as is.... I think It wants to do a load of wash!

CLINTON 500 4-CYCLE ENGINE

This is a Clinton model 574 four cycle made in Michigan. It has a casting date of 12-7-48 on the block and a Zenith carburetor. Pretty rough shape but complete. Another survivor saved from the scrap yard. I think it might have been on a Lodge & Shipley Choremaster tiller.
Pincor Engine

This is a Pincor model AS. Right now running with a Briggs & Stratton carburetor that was used on the latter WMI engines. I do have the original Pincor carburetor and will repair and rebuild latter. Just wanted to see if it would run.
Clinton Engine C1100

The Clinton model C1160-7. it has a casting date of May, 1950 in the block. All original, except the muffler and the latter air cleaner. Looking for the correct oil bath it should have. Has a carter N carburetor with the spherical bowl. This one was filthy dirty, the exhaust valve was stuck, and I mean st-u-ck. It was taken all apart , cleaned, valve work, and new rings installed. Very nice patina on that one there! That engine was made in 1947! I have one almost identical in patina on a water pump I hope to get going here soon.
