*in hindsight, I recommend draining the turkey before you start and reserving the broth from the can to substitute some of the water for the potatoes or stuffing
*this recipe was most likely created for leftover Thanksgiving food but it was still a delicious and fun recipe to make this way.
*you could pump up the flavor even more with some herbs or different cheese if you like.
