Dry January Doesn't Work
Hey everyone,
It has now been 6 months of sobriety! In this video I talk about how I have been feeling in general about not drinking, some great non-alcoholic beer options, tips on how to succeed with no drinking in very social and booze forward settings, how I stay motivated and tips for yourself, and finally my thoughts and opinions on dry January.
Aside from my sobriety talk, I touch base on how my running & training is going, and how I'm doing with my Cystic Fibrosis.
My favourite non-alcoholic beers:
@GuinnessEurope Non-Alcoholic Guinness: www.bcliquorstores.com/product/264060
Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc: www.realcanadiansuperstore.ca/en/1664-blanc-alcohol-free-citrus-flavoured-wheat-bee/p/21582390_C06
@corona Corona Sunbrew Non-Alcoholic:

Episode 6: Run With Darren This is Week 3 of training for the BMO Vancouver Marathon. I went on 5 runs and went to the gym 4 times which was my first week of increasing my cross training. All my runs went really well other than my Tempo run on Thursday which was surprisingly very windy. In this video I go into quite a bit of detail about the medications I take for my Cystic Fibrosis. If anyone ...

Episode 5: Run With Darren This past week was such an amazing week with some incredible moments! First off my tempo run on Wednesday was the fastest pace I have ever run so far with an average pace of 4:16/KM! Other wins for the week were another successful run without listening to music (as that is something I am working on), a quicker time in my interval training on the track, and lastly the ...
