hey if even after refreshing bluetooth option is not showing , don't uninstall the driver , firstly restart you pc and check whether the option appeared or not , in my case when i restarted my pc the new Bluetooth driver appeared. .... A warm thanks Girl

Guys even after installing driver if it doesn't appear it might be a bug, if you're on a laptop do a FORCED shutdown (press power button for 10 secs, wait for few seconds and power on again} your Bluetooth should be back
