This was how I fix my incorrect rpm low reading with 10UF 25V 105c capacitor. Thing needed to be done before the swap. Must shaved intake flange to fit Alternator bracket . Heater Hose, intake couplers replacement 45degree from 64-70mm reducers. first start up! no exhaust ! then later with stock exhaust!

Mr2 93 Convert to electrical speed sensor

Wired up and converted from cable to electronic sensor. 3 wires one (purple white) goes to cluster (Paused signal) 2. Sensor ground 3. Accessories power by 7.5Amp . My phone memory is full so I was unable to record the drive. Time for new phone before I update with new engine !!! Stay tuned please like and subscribe!!
Restored 93 Mr2 Ep 14 how much does empty shell worth?

Tow the crash 91 shell that was use for parts to a recycle center towing cost $50 watch the video for total weight on an empty stripped shell. Metal cost per ton is $45. Mr2 shell weight 1,100lb which pays out $22.10 lol.

Unfortunately i have never liked Teslas.. i rented a few of them and i hated when i needed to charge it running into packed stations having to wait for a space to open up and then having to wait to charge. Just always seemed like too much work.. they are nice cars tho

I didn’t not mention anything about water pump. It’s a fuel pump good luck!
I agree with earlier post. The instrument panel does not easley pop out. I had to remove plastic gear shift cover as it clips into ashtray section. The connector for the speedometer is a bear to disconnect as I had to stretch the cable to it's max and still barely could get my hand back behind the cluster to remove, The clip is different for the speedometer. You have to squeeze the connection at the back of the connector to get it to release on my 91 Turbo. Whole job took 2 hours but all works good now. Thanks!

I hear you buddy this video is to help everyone who like to save a bit of Money from doing it themselves. Aftermarket fuel pump from Rockauto.com is less then $40 compare to Toyota OEM dealer pump assembly cost $350-$400

I thank you for helping me with all the information you have, greetings, sorry for my bad English but I use a translator since my language is Spanish
You can look into the wiring diagram and pin out . I have a list somewhere. As for the immobilizer it was bypassed internally via software disable.
Your suppose to hold the throttle open at 100%
Yes that’s is correct but it doesn’t make a different even if the throttle is fully closed air still get into the throttle port regardless.
Is there a fuel relay or anything that needs to be disconnected before doing the compression test? Thanks.

main cause of the problem was incorrect map sensor used and a bad Knock sensor

the 91 Turbo Gen3 parts car was crushed and scrap after I have taken everything I needed to complete the restoration on my 93.

Thanks ! In 2014 one of my neighbor at work using impact gun forcing The new hub to compressed by using the axel nut causing it to ceased. Because he didn’t back the nut and left it with 1k ft-Lb + of Force. Nothing else I could have done. Even if I was to use the highest Torque Impact gun. It might have broken the axel end with the nut ceased on there. I have broken 3 breaker bars 1/2 inch . This is when I call done and cut it off. To release the Torque then chiseled and broke it lose. Driver side was very easy soak with WD40 and one shot regular impact it came out like we all expected.

I would soak it many times with PB Blaster. The main thing is to not damage the axle nut otherwise it the sockets will just slip off of it.

pjs1975101 it’s difficult when working alone also having a ton of wiring below my driver side area. Doesn’t make it any easier. I have all type wiring from keyless entry, Push start button and RFID that I installed a while back.
