Sorry, but I'm gonna continue to use my bard macro to make sure I am hitting all those random procs. Feel like the dps loss for queue issues is made up for by making sure direct hit goes off whenever it's ready and being able to devote more attention to song rotations.

Macros can work when fighting quite well. Please try yourself and ignore streamers etc

Rez macros are nice because in raids, it tells all others which dying person you're rezing :)

I use macros for job changing. I also set up my gathering job change macros to turn on the other detection abilities

My favourite Macro has to be my superbolide. It is literally only for my friend who heals me, as I only play Kukra for them. It's just "HOLD ON, I'M GOING TO MORB" in party chat. So they know to scramble to heal me.

First off, the bat, wanna point out, there's no such quest hail to the queen. I'm looking at the map now. There's a quest before that to unlock it so terrible guide. if you don't include that. to point out the game does not bring quests in on the map until you complete a specific quest, then it will appear. Since you did not include that quest, you fail as a UA-camr next time leave the guides to the professionals

I've only dabbled in FF14 a bit, mostly because I have no one to play with, and picked gladiator my first time. A friend suggested dragoon today and it looks so fun ❤

Was going through the trailers and it's sad to still see sexist roots in a subjectivelly progressive game. Warrior, paladin, machinist, gunbreaker, reaper, everything that's physical and relies on heavy machinery/weapons and is cool overall? They all have male icons, the only exception being monk. Healers/mages? All female. White mage, dancer, astrologian, everything that doesn't have much to do with physical stuff. "b-but men are stronger than women!" it's a fucking game where magic and dragons exist, i'm sure that women are just as strong as men in that game since again, there's fucking magic? Why can't we see a buff badass female warrior? Or a cool but elegant male white mage?

I spent 2 hours working out the timing for a warm up routine. A stretch, 10 reps of squats, sit ups, pushups, a few controlled breaths, a little shadow boxing then a thumbs up. It has a good runtime and covers a lot of intro cutscenes for alliance raid final bosses. Rather proud of it.

I use macros to weave 2 OGCDs on some classes to reduce button bloat, and with my connection it is possible to time the macro press so that you dont clip. It's a pretty tight timing tho.

When you sacrifice logic on the altar of "META" DPS. Yet another example of what stupid players do with what devs give them, not using Jobs as they were originally intended. The same thing happened with NIN back in FFXI: From light DPS as it was created it went on to being compulsively used as an evasion tank, and if you didn't, you were a noob who doesn't know how to play 🤣🤬 Just to say RDM is made as a caster that can get into melee, not a melee that happens to be able to cast from zero range. Yet this is exactly how you all went on to using it, because it looks better on your parsers.
