    I just started the video, cray- tawn with the "n" being silent. Did you add any seasonings? I am from Canada and I have French canadian family, I also have lived in Quebec, so I have had the opportunity to try many other creton recipes . I always add crushed up Breton vegetable crackers to my creton and a bunch of seasonings. There is nothing like creton. It is delicious. Wtg for trying out Creton. 😊

      Actually pork belly is easy to find in Ontario, at least here in Toronto it is. Try any major or discount grocery. Look in the pork section of the meat dept. Not where they keep the bacon products.

    Ymm....times like these wish UA-cam had some smell-o-vision software!😂😋And sharing some with Dudik and Leo as well. When you said and good for you, with it rich in collagen, for bones and joints, the auntie of my aunt's friend, she was a small, skinny lady, lived up into her 90s, my aunt's friend said "la Tía Mami" fell so many times and not once she suffered broken bones, her secret, taking 2 tbsp.of grenetine powder to one 300 ml. glass and every morning before having breakfast she'd drink it down the hatch. My aunt Josephine tried that and was disgusted, it didn't taste nothing good,she preferred we make her jello instead!😂👍#20 and greetings/fraternal hugs for the Boss and you Paul. pats for Dudik and Leo.🐶🐕

    Good! So you finaly trow out the plastic cutting board :) Wood rules! I never tasted Beef tendon soup but in my imagination my brain telling me that it taste like licking a stamp... But i'm not afraid of the dark so if I find this part of the animal I will make it :) Wery nice show in the Catfish Kitchen today. Tanks!

    MILK IS A MUST FOR THE LIQUID PART … along with GARLIC . Pinch of salt . Pinch of ground up cloves . NO PEPPER . Mustard is applied on the finally product . Not in The cooking process . Any questions ask away I will answer any … Take 1/2 out and add bread use a immersion blender to blend smooth then put back what you took out ! Been making it for 40 years . MOST IMPORTANG PARK WAS MISSED … a real French CRETON Has 2 -Tablespoons of Garlic Paste ..

    Maybe I find a new side of my inner person but I think your finger look more delichious than the pigs tale... But I have to admit, I tried to do this tale business before after your last pigtale video. Only I was eating it. My wife (Thai) was not too keen and the kids turn around. But deep inside me I always go back to the smile land, the smoke and the fumes of the burning charchoal and the village marked who make this hourrendous good and awfull dish for me... what to say?     Just made this, August 2024, half quantities and works very well. Under 30 minutes (half quantity) from start to finish. Cooked stove top using my Ooni cast iron pizza skillet. Used to accompany some white bean and chorizo, and Cavolo Nero soup and afterwards with some strawberry jam, worked perfectly.

    Hey, you have become my favorite cooking show. I soak mine overnight in Moore Steak Sauce. I do them every Saturday here on Birmingham.
