Yea you need to mess with the spring to adjust it. Most likely have to turn it so the spring goes more inside so that the valve doesnt open too easily and causing the car to studder/bog a bit during idling. Also DEFINITELY keep stock OEM parts always! Never know when you need it.
Gotta rev into neutral then shift into gear so ur revs r high 😅

Awesome addition brotha! I have a BP Outback XT and I dreaded the grille with the fins look of the OEM part so I replaced it with the honeycomb version from a Legacy GT. It looks much much better. I also did a chrome delete on all the stock trim pieces with vinyl wrap. Your build looks really cool, congrats! =)

HAHAHA I love how positive you are of this build no car is gonna be cheap to modify but i love my sh forester, unsuspecting little car that rips, ashame the motor needed a rebuild though:(. Are you keeping it safe @200kw? And was the verticooler needed for the vf52 upgrade?
@@miini3612 tuner reckons I can run 280kw with a blouch turbo and injectors, and yes intercooler upgrade is a must

Nice! But I would suggest changing those hose clamps to t-bolt hose clamps to save a headache in the future! Especially the turbo to TMIC hose.
are u running the OEM heatshield? or something aftermarket? U can reuse the TD04 heatshield with lil bit of cutting to fit . Help improve temps since its under your intercooler. How much boost are u tuned at? i have a 2010 xt vf52, 4eat, EBCS, cobb catted dp, cobb sf intake. The torque converter Robs the shit out of whp (roughly 20%) I'm at 20psi
I had a Cobb one on there with the td04 but he pulled it off must not of fit? Hot sure

Exactly the modifications I did in this video Invidia turbo back exhaust, bigger fuel pump, vf52 turbo, process west verticooler Talk to your a Subaru tuner get him to run you through it
