An Iron Man run in Dead Cells is beating the 5th Boss Cell from a new file without resets or deaths. In your keyboard or controller settings, you can set your secondary interaction to a custom key, so selling is a one button press instead of having to hold it.

@@brennangray8712 you have to die a bunch of times to get it, that's a lot of loading screens too, and walking up to the lava every time. Could still be worth it, but i doubt it

You create a video about fragmentless runs and say doing that helps, but you don't say why... which is kind of important, even if it's obvious to you. Also, you really should leave your text up for longer, it disappears way too fast. It needs to be long enough that it gives the person time to notice it, then focus on it to read it, and for it to be read out loud. Otherwise I have to go back 10 seconds and pause the video when the text appears, which is just a colossal waste of my time and kills any flow the video might have.
@@scbtripwire Thank you! Yeah for the longer sentences I noticed they went by too quickly after I rewatched it a couple of times. I tried making the subtitles as if I would talk in the video, but from someone else's perspective that obviously doesn't work, so I appreciate mentioning it! When I do another edited run like that I'll definitely either make the subs appear longer, or just talk As for why Fragless would help, it's mainly that you interact with the bosses more, a single 5 minute fight teaches players more than 20 runs where they melt the boss every time, same with biomes, that was my main thought behind this type of run

I figured that might be the reason for fragmentless runs, but I have learned not to make assumptions because there can frequently be subtleties I hadn't thought of in reasoning that gets mentioned, because the other person thought the subtleties were obvious.
This looks like a speed run but then there's a super lengthy pause at 5:47 ... why?
speedrun uses IGT (in game time) which doesnt pass in those transitional areas iirc. so they likely took a short break for whatever reason
