Thanks for this Alvin, very sweet.
Still here Alvin. Thanks for the sessions. Was teaching drums for a long time. Regards.
Loved your video, especially taking us through the lakes. What's it like for surface fishing on the lakes?
E
Like anywhere else, surface fishing depends on the circumstances.....temperature, wind etc. Will work when everything points the fish feeding on the top.
Roger Marsden .... Where are you now ? !! He lived with us in Sydenham London when I was a kid , early seventies , I remember him coming back from India and that BIG beard ! Clever guy too liked inventing and making things , even gave me a harmonica I think !
Enjoyed the bit on the bike !
This man is talking sense. There are so many meat head boiler merchants around. This guy has his own style...
All rigs and baits work on their day but keep it simple. Try the No 1 with pva bags or No 2 towards the island.
For me, the home of carp fishing
@jackvalentinesinatra I couldn't agree more!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think it was filmed in about 1998 but my memory is not what it used to be.......
Sounds good, Alvin!
@emilylouiseroy9393 In fact it is a tribute to Sandy Brown.....a unique jazz clarinetist.
where are the resivours?
Great Performance but no jazz piano solo! Why does the great Roger Marsden have to sit in the background and not give us one his great solos? Or is it just the custom for horn players and guitar players to hog the lime light. and take umpteen solos. One good blow and its over baby!
Blimey Alvin, some blasts from the past there mate! Good to see a few old faces from the past. Lovely to see Brian showing them how it was done. I'll have to show this link to a few of the other lads that used to get over there back in the day. You still getting out?
Great video.Never fished there but drive past it almost every day.Might give it a go
