These do not fit the recon model. The recon is oval and the razors are hexagonal on top. You'd think they'd standardize the shape. Low quality manufacturers! Also, you can't use a penny on the recon to remove.

Total B. S. The quality was so bad, I had to cut off the old ones and pry and pull off the old bases. Pennies, screw drivers and knife blades failed. After one hour I gave up! New ones snapped in as shown. There are better ones on the market. You get what you pay for.

They state they are compatible with the AR-10 platform but nope, not happening. We had 4 of them melt and let the brass fly to the ground. I called 7 or 8 times and was promised each time they would be replaced and not a single one was replaced. I sent pictures, I sent the melted ones back and still nothing. So the bottom line is I've been lied to every time I called. The last person I spoke with is supposed to me a supervisor " Darel Lucio " and she promised profusely she would send the 4 replacements. But once again I was lied to. So I figured it's time to tell everyone about the wonderful service and honesty you DON'T get from this company.
