Razorback is just a mistake. OP in competitive but garbage everywhere else. Just rework it to +25 HP, and keep spy shocks as a cosmetic tracking.
Counterpoint: If he didn't have the razorback, he wouldn't have even had time to turn around to try to shoot back.
The spy flubed the gun down quite badly and still got the kill tho. Done right the sniper would’ve died on the 3rd shot.
