Question then if I had saved pictures and video downloaded to my phone like I normally do. I know right now my SD card is at 99%. Right now. So I could actually just reformat that SD card card that is currently in my camera. And it would clear all data that was on it back to 100% clear right ? Then I just loose what Evers on the SD card

At the 1:40 minute mark you could have gone a little slower. The typical problem of that you know how to do it so you just jump to the different screens. But if someone is watching the video because they don't know how to use the camera you are going to fast.

Once you pay for a camera do you have to pay it every year or just your plan? I've got the 120$ pro yearly plan.?

What does formatting the card actually do? I know dumb question but I’m fairly new to these cams.

Also can I format the card on my computer instead

I'm still a couple generations out of date on my Reveal cameras, but have really appreciated their performance so far. This is especially true when running them with external battery packs. What really catches my attention with the SK is the wi/fi connectivity and the solar panel battery maintenance system it employs. Very nice, and likely to be my next upgrade.

Another awesome video Zoe!! I'm loving the new app and the new firmware update. Tactacam is killing it!!

So far NOT liking the new app. Not getting pictures now like I was..and the single is at least one bar more. I’m 2.5 hours one way from the hunting house. I ordered a extension antenna..so when that comes in and we set that up..hope things get better.

When Zoe says to be sure you use the correct card in your device, you definitely should take heed. I was experiencing wildly random performance and having some features that refused to work at all when I tried a memory card that was not recommended in my Tactacam 6.0. My customer service call introduced me to Zoe, who quickly asked what card I was using. She said it was important to use a recommended card. In the back of my mind I was thinking “yeah, right” but was more than willing to trust Zoe’s expertise. Once I had acquired the proper card, I contacted her and followed the recommendations she gave and just like that, my device was 100% functional! From now on, verifying I have the proper card installed is my go-to troubleshooting step.

I bet a strap could be looped through the loose one and pulled down like a suspended to your belt line and clipped there if necessary.
