G’day, we are 𝕁𝕒𝕞𝕚𝕖, 𝕃𝕖𝕟𝕟𝕪 & 𝕊𝕜𝕪𝕖 and welcome to our channel.
We are currently travelling Australia in our FJ45. We have always had a love for traveling, camping, 4wding and fishing, but have only had the luxury of doing this on weekends and holidays. Joys of full-time work.
Take us back to 2021 when Jamie on a whim said 'Let's do something crazy, let's quit our jobs and travel Australia', I think Jamie expected me to say no, but I said YES!! So we spent a year saving and getting the truck ready. Now fast forward to 2022/2023, living the dream and travelling full-time. It is the best decision we have ever made!
P.S don’t forget to subscribe and join us weekly as we explore Australia.

We are back baby! Gordon Country, our first camp in our NEW weekender series
WE ARE BACK BABY!
Well our lap of Australia may have ended but we cannot pass up the opportunity to explore our back yard in Queensland, so we are starting up our NEW weekender series! Our first camp is an old faithful for us, Gordon Country just outside of Warwick. We absolutely love this place and we had our camp all to ourselves, it pays to be self-sufficient. We also get to test out or NEW Supapeg Outbound 180 degree awning, we are super happy with the quality of this awning and can't wait to test it out more on other adventures!

WHY IS THE EYRE PENINSULA SO WINDY! We made it to the Eyre Peninsula, although we were not sure if it was the right decision. Man the wind really took it out of us. The beaches and clifftop camps are absolutely stunning but when the wind is high these camps can be treacherous especially with a rooftop tent and living outside full time. We put down the camera for a while and just focused on how ...

Thanks so much for your videos! We travelled a lot in a Motorhome after retiring 20 years ago, can no longer travel now. We stayed in many of the camps you have used,so brings back many happy memories. Appreciate your love of animals and the caring and respectful way you relate to each other. 😅
My goodness why always show and boast about your show around vehicle's so annoying really
great looking rig, good to see
Hey Legends, We have recently found your channel and absolutely love your videos. Thanks to you we have now locked in our roadtrip to Esperance next year. Keep up the good work 😊
Hi Jamie just binging on your videos, fantastic Just a question I can ask if ok about your fj?? I noticed that you have the old man emu suspension, you have also installed extended shackles to get a higher lift. Looks great How did you go with the shock and extended shackles on the rear of the fj have you had any issues. ?? I’m considering doing the same suspension on my fj and I hear stories that the shocks have very limited travel due to the extended shackles on the rear. I’m no mechanic so please excuse my ignorance. Thanks.
Thank you for this amazing footage of our beautiful Forest Fields Campstay…much appreciated!!! 🌿🥑⛺️
Which time of the year was this??

The dog looks like its locked up in the dark with no windows?
What a beautiful place.
What happen to use ... not making content anymore
I know, now we are back at work full time, it’s a lot harder to continue. We do plan to travel again but might take us a little while
Hi guys, just stumbled across your channel and absolutely love your videos and your truck. Did you ever do an video on your “pod” make up There are some very clever things in it
Hey, thank you very much. Unfortunately no, we didn’t get around to filming the camping setup. It was such a great setup!
Ohh no, hope you didn’t sell it?
Bloody good job guys with that little stinger, no tail at all!❤
He was very cute, our one good deed of the day!
when are you coming back? miss your vlogs ... and miss Sky
We miss traveling so much. We do have plans to travel again eventually but need to save up again and get our next travel car geared up ready to go.
Thanks for replying. Can't wait to see u guys again. How's Sky doing?I'm going to rewatch all your vids again...cheers
Mountain weather can be insanely variable. I drove the Alpine way a few years ago in summer to avoid the snow and encountered whiteout conditions over Mt Hotham that I could only navigate through a combination of the fluoro snow markers, GPS navigation and occasionally opening my car door to check I was still on the road.
Wow that’s crazy, it can change so quickly. We absolutely love the drive through Mount Hotham, one of the best scenic views!
You have to drop a drive with the sound of the motor. 👍
What a vehicle WOW‼️ Nice vid.
Thanks 👍
We're heading to beechworth in a few days. Thanks for the video, very helpful.
glorious 🤩
Super
Yallingup with a silent g 😎
Thanks for the heads up!
I hope you have aircon in this rig hahah. Love it ❤
I wish!
Hi guys, we just watch your episode on Beechworth, first time watching your channel but glad we came across it, what a great episode. We have been looking to go to the lake sambell caravan park. Where you guys were camping looked amazing, could you tell us what site you were on(if you remember). We would appreciate any info.
Hey, apologises for the delayed reply. We loved Lake Sambell, Beechworth is such a lovely town. I can’t remember exactly what camp site we were on but we were in The Creek section, maybe site J.
i love Beechworth
Just discovered your channel - I'm enjoying your travels and hope to do the same soon. Very inspiring 🌺
Dont think that can be duplicated in California (liability issues😵💫)
Greetings from California👍. Beautiful down yonder☺️
Should have gone up into the national park some good views and a few walks to choose from
Yes is spectacular at the national park, no puppies allowed though. We’ve done the waterfall walk before, we will have to do it again without the pup.
Copperheads are more poisonous than a redbelly black they are up there with the tiger and brown snakes
Hiya , awesome videos! Which brand / model is your roof top tent ?
Sorry for the late reply, we had a camp king industries rooftop tent
trailer for the next video??
Well done 👍 Great travel vlog. Just stumbled across your video whilst researching for travel ideas. I live at the foot of the Dandenong Ranges & weekend camp often at Kurth Kiln & yeah it can get very cold out there during winter, in fact there’s another camping area ‘Starting Gap’ 30 minute driver Warburton direction which gets snow. Good to see the weather improve as you hit the coastal areas, the crossing to Queenscliff is something I way consider for my next trip plus the Great Ocean Rd. Thanks for sharing your travels.
Well done but to be honest I personally love the old-school FJ45 without any modifications!
What a great couple you are. Loved the journey. We are going in Feb and looking forward to it. Cheers 👍
Looks great. After staying in this area - would you recommend this area of the campground and are there any other spots you liked the look of? I’m finding it hard to pick a spot to book 😂
Upper banshee valley
I used to go to Mt Beauty every Easter....its great fishing and great fun
I've got like 150 ha up there that looks onto the Snowy Mountains....so beautiful...
Good work on 12HT. HOW MUCH COULD THIS BE?
Stunning !
Lovely
Very pretty nature !
