From their meeting in the street to their kiss on the bridge to their engagement, it was always Lucas. If this isn't great love, I don't know what is. What she had with Jack was sweet and innocent. With Lucas, it was mature love. With Nathan it's like 2 teenagers who want to kiss under the bleacher at the high school football game.

Every time I watch this it reminds me of the incredible job Erin and Chris did portraying. Lucabeth. They made us fall in love with them. He's an amazing leading man and elevated both the character of Elizabeth and Erin's acting. We miss them so much.💔

I'm not one upset with E being with N, but as I watch these videos when she was with L, it's hard to believe that after all the good things he did for her, etc. that she moved away from him so quickly. Granted his life as gov. was going in another direction and she did not want to leave HV, but to forget him so fast I would not think would be easy.

This is a stunning edit! It is heartbreaking that the WCTH showrunner has seen fit to dismiss and destroy this. L&E clearly belong together. They’ve very gracefully and patiently cultivated a deep love snd adoration for each other. How can it be overlooked? Their chemistry is off the charts. They have do much fun together. The father snd son bonding and becoming a family is the sweetest and most honorable act of love. Ugh…..it is truly so incredibly sad. 😭

Still a beautiful theme all these years later. I came back here after the disastrous season ten to remember the great love story we enjoyed between those two. It will never leave our hearts.

For the writers to have Elizabeth say Lucas was the "safe choice" in Season 10 was such a slap to the face of fans. This beautiful video shows exactly why those words are a betrayal. Those words are one big bald faced lie! Elizabeth was devastated when she thought she lost her chance with Lucas. She was also the first to whisper 'I love you' when he was asleep on the couch and then their mutual exchange was so amazing and wholesome! There is absolutely nothing in Season 9 that gives the hint that she still harbored feelings for another man. Our Elizabeth gave her whole heart to Lucas! My ending for WCTH is this beautiful family walking into their new life together. Thank you for this masterpiece!!

I’ve said this before I’ll say it again; I wish I could have DVDs to watch them on my own timing. But I too have really come to throughly enjoy this beautiful series in ways that I never thought I would. The class/quality etc is just exquisite! Love watching a series that’s got such family values & absolutely nothing whatsoever to worry about while watching it. Nothing tasteless, everything is so well written, well executed, well done 👍Oh wow! Can’t say enough good about this piece of work/art!

Season 10 is sooooooo insanely unbelievable!! All of these beautiful & poignant scenes explained away in a blink of an eye?! Ugh……there is no rhyme or reason other than to purposely destroy WCTH altogether. How can we believe the sudden change of heart after the building up of seasons 6-9?
