I can't play this without blood. I haven't opened it since.
I've found that when you get knocked down there is still a chance you can survive and then ultimately win. What you should do is drop your weapon and try to grab anything on the enemy you can, it can lead to them falling down or hinder their attacks against you. Fun stuff fn love this game already can't wait to see what they have planned. Also i hope there will be full mod support that will only boost the games capabilities as well as it's popularity/longevity.
why did you remove blood, do you want to lose support or what?
Ayo it was a smart move on their part to gain a wider audience and support from investors and what not. Blood will indeed be back just be patient.
Nothing was removed, the playtest was made specifically for showcasing at the Tokyo Games Show. When we gained entry to the event all the ID verified booths were filled so we could not present the demo build (which was out of date anyway). So we could still present to a general audience at TGS we made a build showcasing the developments of the locomotion and combat systems. The gore systems in the Demo are place holders and the new gore is not ready to be released. Gore will return better then ever, just needs to finish cooking.

i really enjoyed the demo, Gore, Combat, weapons, it was perfect, but the early access is disappointing me :(

It's just awesome. As a person who has been involved in HEMA, I will say: In no other game have I felt the behavior of weapons so realistic. Maybe you're already organizing pre-orders? Maybe financial support will speed up the development process?)

The demo's gore is incompatible with the playtest, it's being remade and it will be added at the end of September most likely.
im sick of seeingthese uplodes with no game i still have the demo where u walk around in a black void but after this long no updates and showing us u have more to give makes me really not like the devs like how long has the demo been around ? ages
You need to request access to the playtest. It is on steam and I think anyone can get into it. The playtest is where these clips are from.

so awesone guys i have every version on my PC. you guys have a great vision. some kind of story mode or monster battles would be AMAZING

Theyre reworking the blood system and also they had to remove it to show it at a gameshow place
