This model of Hagrid's hut is based on the depiction from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. It features a removeable roof and a fully detailed interior. This is definitely one of the best stop motions I have ever seen, how long did it take you to build everything? (if you can still remember)
A long while, I don't know the specifics of how long building everything took but the entire project including animation and editing took about a month.
