Welcome to the UA-cam channel for Golden Hinde Goldwork. We are a small family business based in the UK and we specialise in Goldwork Embroidery although we do deal with lots of different types of embroidery including Whitework, Blackwork, Calico Gardens and Tambour to name a few.
We are known for our Online shop where we stock everything you can possibly need from threads to books, needles to frames and everything in between.
Our team consists of Sarah Rakestraw, the boss and our resident tutor - Sarah teaches regular classes as well as teaching different groups around the country.
Kate who is our office manager, Kate deals with the day to day running of the business including Social Media. Sue - our admin assistant.
We are always happy to help, please make sure you give our videos a thumbs up and if there are any videos you would like us to feature please comment and we will do our best.

Historical dress, alot of the royal household and aristocrat's used silk as it was more expensive than cotton, back when man made fibres were not available.
