Stop there every time I drive to Miami from Ohio. I stopped there last year a few hours after Hurricane Idaila blew through the area. They were open and running off a backup generator. The Georgia welcome center was dark, no power. All you saw were tail lights from the truckers stopping for the night.

The Gentleman in the wheelchair outside the French restaurant Bonjour has been around a long time. The parking charges are outrageous... sign of the times I guess

Thanks for the video. It seems like a small place, How was the food quality? The portions looked small. Is it an all day event? is it normally a large turn out?
Thank you for watching. It is kind of a small place. The food quality was good. Made by local restaurants. The portions were kind of on the small side and it was kind of expensive. It is always a 3 day event and usually a large turn out. It just happened to rain the day we were there so very few people were there. I recommend a Bloody Mary at the Daiquri Deck! A ritual for me each time I visit Sarasota and Siesta Key village.

If i can remember right i think it was on a Wednesday or Thursday around 4 in the afternoon. There is so much to do in Atlanta. It is a great place. Only drawback is the traffic is terrible. I'm taking my first trip to Gatlinburg in December so I've been watching a lot of videos. Yours gives us a good look at the strip. I'm glad I'm staying at a local hotel - parking and traffic looks crazy.
Thank you so much for watching. If it helps you this was our first trip too. We stayed at the clarion right at the end of the strip. It was pretty nice and cheaper than the other hotels there. Also pigeon forge is very close. Maybe a 10 minute drive. Lots of hotels there too. It is a must see. As for the strip it is very crazy. We have been to Nashville and in my opinion Gatlinburg blows it away. Especially if you have kids. There is so much for them to do. I hope this helps you. We have been going to Gatlinburg every year for quite some time now. We love it, and would like to retire near there at some point. You'll have a great time.
Fatlinburg! I'm 72. I've never ever seen so many obese people in the same place in all my years. Apparently addicted to junk stores. Even the vehicles appear obese. What happened here? I mean, really.
I'm curious if they have mochi. The Japanese sweets. Will have to check soon 😊

There are several in the state of Florida. Ft. Myers, Venice, and Sarasota are the 3 i can think of. I think they are more popular up north.
