@Hinarifansandmore13 so on the back of the outer grill on the round collar there should be 2 notches the ladder strip is a square cut out that hooks onto the outer grill then you slide the main fan onto the ladder strips then the screws just slot into the round section on the main fan plate next to the ladder strip screw them in and that will sandwich the 2 sections together. If that makes sence lol

@Hinarifansandmore13 Unfortunate to hear it wasn't having it. Imma go try to unseize an oscillator later on today so if I find something that works i'll let you know

@Hinarifansandmore13 An update on that fan. I was able to unseize its oscillator. Basically I was spraying WD-40 down through where the knob is which you attach the oscillator knob onto and twisting it with a pair of pliers to work it free and spraying some more down until it was freely moving again. Mine is an Italian fan like your pifco spinair so it should hopefully work
