Yes you can double the ingredients and make it : 10 cups of flour, 10 teaspoons of baking powder, 2 teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda, 2 level teaspoons of salt, 200g sugar, 500g margarine, 2-3 tablespoons of lemon zest, 2 eggs, 600ml Maas, 6 teaspoons of vanilla essence and 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
