I dont have a problem waking up all night and having to pee but i do have after dribble..(55 years old) i started doin this like 5 years ago but figured it out by accident..it definitely works for me..couple a pushes behind the ball sack and im pretty much good to go.sometimes it shoots out when you do it, other times it just drinbles out a little .if you have the same issue i would definitely recomend trying. An extra minute in the bathroom isn't going to lill you. I couldn't imagine not knowing this and dealing with the dribbles after you leave the latrine.

How can you treat it at home? What creams do I use to so it can stop bleeding from the inside. I wash it and clean it everytime I use the bathroom sometimes it itches. Please help

When I mentioned this problem to the Bangladeshi doctors, they seemed disinterested, but when I mentioned the problem, Nunu was very interested in seeing it. I myself told two doctors about my problem in two government medical hospitals in Bangladesh, they were busy only to see my nunu, and gave treatment to one, after getting married, another one has pain when frenulum is tight, so he gave pain medicine. I am not married yet, if I have this problem after marriage, should I leave my wife at home and go for surgery? Does it make sense? A 58yr old who's foreskin as never retracted , get small white bits of skin/lumps on the end of foreskin, sometimes get itchy underneath the foreskin & feel lumpy tissue there, if you scratch when itches can be quite painful to touch and sore to pee . any thoughts 🤔
