The walk at Frankfurt airport, reminded me of the long walk at Montréal airport. I was taking a connecting flight to NY I think. I thought I was lost😢😂. Nice video.

@Dorcas Johnson Depends on the school you are applying to. Some schools do, others don't. You will have to check the admission requirements

Thanks Stephanie for this informative video. When you say unofficial transcript does that translate to a non WES evaluated transcript?
@@iloaniugochi3589 I mean the transcript you get from your school that isn't signed by your VC, official transcript is the one that's signed by your school/VC officially. WES evaluated transcript is based on demand from the school you are applying to. Not all schools require it.

Hi Stephanie, can you please talk about how you applied for and got your graduate assistantship/full funding like the title says? Did you apply for GA/TA/RA during the process or after getting an offer?
Hi Ellapinkette, The title also says application checklist. I didn't apply for a graduate assistantship separately. On the application form, there was a part you had to choose yes/no if you would require funding, I chose yes and there were projects to work on in my department so I got an assistantship automatically with my admission. I could always do a separate video going in depth on assistantships 🤗

Why apply for MSc when you could have gone straight for a PhD?
@ad on PREFERENCE!!! I don't want to be called dr. just for the sake of it. Staying in school for 5 more years is not beans. I can always do a PhD later on, if it's needed.

How long it takes the admission decision
@zNatureViews I think it varies, depending on the school. I never got feedback from some schools I applied to while the others gave feedback in two months or more
What is your undergraduate CGPA? I guess it must be quite high.

@@stephanieossai Lol. Flaunt it jare. Na you get am. Did you convert your transcript to the 4.0 scale using WES or you just submitted it to Maine like that on the 5.0 scale? I was on their website and that was one of the requirements that put me off.
No, I didn't do WES. I just submitted on the 5.0 scale. You could send them a mail to confirm (whatever department you are applying to)

Proof of funds to get visa?
@Fridah Kirimo Didn't have to use one. My I-20 showed how much assistantship money I was getting from the school which was more than enough.
