Thank you for the feedback, on the first run of products we did have some material issues which have long since been addressed with a change of material and technology used to produce them. Where we received feedback from customers we addressed it and replaced or refunded the units as customer service is a priority for us.

Hi Alex, many thanks for this. Yes we are aware of the specified off-vertical angle and tested the unit extensively, the demo unit has been on our demo bike for nearly two years and despite being used on the street and several events is still going strong. In the time we have had these mounts we have sold over 200 units without any reported issue.

Hi there, I do not know the techmate device so cannot comment but the mount is designed to work with Garmin and TomTom devices, if you unit is a similar sze and weight then it should be fine but I cannot confirm this.

Hi Daniel, The image on the website is from Global Eagle, the mounts in the video are the ones in the box and they are very similar to the Innovv ones. when we took Global Eagle on as the UK distributor I weanted the lens mounts changed as I didn't like the ones in the sample I purchased. Unfortunately not, the controller and mounts used are specifically for the 3rd generation 1290SAS/R

The unit is designed to take the weight of the Garmin / TomTom navigation device, we have not tested it with the Carpuride devices

@@moto-mate. Actually no need to worry. The Carpuride W502 is almost 100gr lighter than a Garmin Zumo XT2 and the W702 is probably the same like the Garmin. The product info on Amazon was completely false. It should be no problem to mount even the W702 to your mount 👍

Hi Matthias, yes the KTM GT and SAS both have phone connectivity but only convey turn by turn directions. A lot of people (myself included) like to plot a route and use a dedicated nav still. A lot of the integrated tft and nav' functionality can still be a little "clunky" in terms of connectivity and the simplicity of using a dedicated nav device removes that issue.

I understand your comments but turn by turn from your phone is fine if you just want to get somewhere but imho a tour is better planned on a pc and uploaded to a dedicated nav where you can pick the roads you want to use and stops etc. Horses for courses and all that.

Unfortunately, the MIA system used by Guzzi is not the best and, linked to the phone navigation, it gets shocking reviews, particularly for iPhones. Until then, it’s a Garmin for me.

@@cynicaldodgyknees6248 I can understand your attitude but after a good deal of help from my M-G dealer we got the MIA working very well with my iPhone. But as a Garmin ( aviation ) dealer I am not going to criticise you choice of navigation product.

Shipping to Canada is not an issue. When you check out on the webshop and enter your address the shipping is applied.

We had a couple of stability issues with the very first units but this was ironed out for production so all good now.

Hi David, as per my email, the mount uses the AMPS standard mounting patttern as does the Garmin 700 so it should fit fine

Hi there, I have just added Singapore as a desination so you should now be able to order the unit.

On the S3 there is a thing 3m pad and two self tapping screws, on the X6 uses either an M5 screw through a panel or there is also an "L" bracket that can be clamped to the bike and the then the lens block screws to that.

If you mean the Denali DialDim controller then yes. The Dial Dim can manage two pairs of lights so one channel can be used for the centre DRL type use and the other for full beam performance. If I have misunderstood then please let me know and I will get back to you.

Does D7 and D7 pro shares the same wiring harness method or d7 pro need a specific harness since it has different light modes, does it need any wiring switch illuminated to operate the modes,

Hi there, the mount will fit the 22 SD-GT, as for the SP charger I cannot say as the nav mount is designed to use the AMPS standard hole pattern and I do not know that the SP charger uses this as it looks like a free standing unit

Hi there, That wasn't covered in this video as it was a customers bike and he had already run his power and also different people have many preferences for how they power their accessories and trying to cover all the options woouldn't really be possible. Sorry

And that is your choice, but there is a bracket in the pack or alternatively you could lok at the fixed installed bike systems

Hi there, I can only base the fitment on the part number for the TFT mount as this is the part we are replacing, guaranteing fitment against other screens is difficult due to the massive number of variants available. However if you want to buy a mount and test it I am happy to take it back and refund it providing it isn't damaged in any way.

Yes the TomTom and Garmin mounting screws are on a standard footprint so all TomTom and Garmin will fit

If you mean the tool I used to cut the hole for the connector to pass through tyhe plastic inner panel it's called a "stepped drill cutter"

there is a slot on the reverse of the base to bring the cable out so all good.

Connecting the nav power was not covered and different people do it different ways, some people just got straight on the battery, others via a USB port or accessory power module. There are simply too many options to cover themn all. Sorry

Hi there, The lights will fit in terms of space on the Gen 2 but the lights used on this video won't fit the Gen 2 Super Adventure, if you have engine bars then you can mount the lights on these. Also for the Gen 2 Super Adventure you will need a different CANSmart controller. Drop me an e-mail if you have any questions or we can help in any way.

They are the same product, Denali license the product from Hex who developed it. The Denali CANsmart even carries the Hex logo on the back. I am not sure if it is still the case but with the Hex EZ Can you used to have to order the harnesses seperately, with Denli they are in the box.

Hi Joseph, the mount is designed around the XT, for the 3xx series Garmin the cradle mounts vertically as opposed to horizontally. To get around this we have produced an adapter to for use with the 3xx and I will add one to your order.

Thank you, I saw your earlier comment and questions but for some reason it didn't show here so couldn't reply. Shipping to Switzerland is not a problem, the mount was designed around the Garmin XT, but I have a customer with one of our KTM mounts and TomTom Rider 550 fitted (both use the same mounting pattern). The only thing to comment is that if you are using a £xx series Garmin the cradle mounts vertically for which we have just developed an adapter to manage this.
