Wow, book no 2 is just fabulous. So cleverly done. I need that book. Guessing it costs a leg and a arm. Will definitely go and look for it. Thanks for sharing. It is so unique, strange and the art is just my style.. so, i checked and here in canada, with shipping that book would cost me arpund 75$ cad. I can just not justify this. But i am just so in love with it…

Thank you😊. I didn't record it. I did the water with 2-3 layers of Albrecht durer activated with water. I'll try to record something similar for the channel😉

@gloriaparera Hii2, I don't have the French edition. The Japanese edition is more suitable for waterbased markers. If you like to color with pencils, French or UK edition will be better.

which one are you asking? I use albrecht durer, holbein and prisma pencils.
Any idea how much this costs in japan? Visiting soon and it seems like a good call to get them there.
I purchased the 150 set from Amazon Japan for around 200$. Idk why but they cost more at art supply stores in Japan. So I would reccommend amazon Japan. You can also try some open stocks from art supply stores before purchasing it.

Your coloring is beautiful! And I'm very slow at coloring too! Also, there's a color along video for the troll page you are coloring in the Kerby Rosanes Mythic World book and she did a really pretty sunset for the sky and reflections from the sunlight on the water! Her channel name is My Coloring Craze. And she has other color along videos for that book as well. The Yali page she did was gorgeous! If you type in the UA-cam search bar "my coloring craze mythic world" you will see those videos and be able to find them easily!

Lovely colouring 😍 What medium did you find works best so far in the first book you shared? Have been debating whether to buy the book or not. Do you think waterbased markers layered with coloured pencil would work well on that paper?
Thank you so much😊❤. Yes you can use water based markers on the book. I’ve even tried 3 layers of watercolor background and the paper is still in good condition. I mostly use water color pencil and activate it with tombow water based markers or colorless blending marker.
