This fantastic Beatles tune was requested at my last gig. I do a lot of Beatles tunes, but I had not yet tried this one - it is a really challenging song to sing, and Paul McCartney set the bar really high. I'm glad I did it and this is the newest episode in the You Asked For It series. Enjoy.

You asked for it! I had a request my last show for about 8 Neil Young songs. I settled on Alabama after I learned that due to copyright constraints I could not upload Heart of Gold. So here’s the song that got Neil in trouble with Lynyrd Skynyrd.

I love sarcasm put to music. This iconic song from Janis Joplin fits the bill. I had request to “play some Janis” at a recent gig. So, here is episode 6 of my You Asked For It series.

I’ve been thinking about doing a new recoding of Beethoven’s Ode To Joy, which I normally do on my steel string acoustic. However, I was inspired by a podcast hosted by Norah Jones, but featured her sister Anoushka Shankar, a great sitar player. Here is my version using the sitar sound on my guitar synthesizer.

I wrote and recorded the instrumental, Faith Renewed, in January 2021. A recent visit to Antelope Canyon with my lovely wife inspired me to take her photography and bring the adventure to live in a music video format. Enjoy!
