Motomarts Aftermarket Fairing Review & How To Installation On CBR600RR-7 Kit
Motomarts Aftermarket Fairing Review and How To Installation On CBR600RR-7 Kit: How to Remove OEM Fairings & How to Install EBay Fairings / Aftermarket Fairings / Chinese Fairings.
Levi Bracus shares a thorough review of a motorcycle aftermarket fairing kit from the company 'Motomarts' who have an online store as well as an EBay store.

Also provided is a detailed step-by-step how to tutorial for Honda CBR600RR owners, on removing the old OEM fairings, transferring cowl fitting hardware, assembling new cowls together and installing the new aftermarket fairings to the bike, along with useful insights and tips on what to look out for when buying, and aftermarket fairings in general, including materials, manufacturing techniques and paint layer quality.
Overall impressions of this product and company are top class 9.5/10. Motomarts are a very dedicated company who provide great comm's, updates and feedback throughout the design process. They use high quality ABS for their moulds and the fit has been near perfection. The only minor issue was with the trims used to connect the side cowls together: they didn't quite line up with cowl tabs so just used the OEM trims and they fit perfectly. They're also very willing to take on any custom design you throw at them.
I thoroughly recommend you check them out for a smooth service and a great quality set of aftermarket fairings for your bike.

well done!
Why your talking so fast and your voice hard too because the music is playing
What year bike is this?
Fuck me. Why did you mix in that awful fucking music. It is unbearable. Had to watch the whole video without sound.
I dont have a rachet gun wtf
What the f#*k is he saying and dam shut the music off dude.
Fast forwards through all the parts you actually needs
It became a lot of reference. Thank you.
Miss u loads bro RIP till we meet again ❤️❤️❤️
best install ive seen so far... most detail in removing and re-installing... going to be my reference when changing my fairings
Did you talk this entire video? All I heard was someone mumbling INSANLEY fast and a lot of loud music.
Shame about the music...
this video sucks ,you talk to fast , and the music is to loud
Swear to god if I watch another instructional video with blaring music. Do these people realize that 95 percent of the instruction is actually hearing what they are saying since that is were you are gonna get most of your tips.
Please turn music off..
Good video
Ffs the most sic is distracting and annoying why are instruction vids all putting music in the background
Hi Levi Thought your video was very good. Just put my 600rr in the kitty litter at Oulton Park. Need to sort it out. Your bike looks stunning and I'd like mine to look as good for minimal cost, but just read a comment below saying the quality of his imported plastic is poor. So I'm a bit worried about wasting my money and time on a project you make look like a dream. Can you recommend a specific company with a good track record and any other info I may find useful. Do you have a lot of contacts in the CBR world. In an ideal world I'd like to just buy a new left hand side fairing but that is difficult. Love to hear your thoughts
At 9:02 those M5 fairing kit nuts, is there anywhere that sells them locally in the US?
Don't bother ordering, was nothing like the review. Paint quality was terrible, they sent out the order knowing it was wrong.. they still made me pay return shipping although the whole thing was there mistake. The paint was so bad it rubbed off just from the packaging. In addition to all of that communicating with them was a nightmare. In short they are a bunch of thieves and don't recommend anyone order from them.
music sucks. pointless long ass intro also.
Hey man I just wanted to say that this instructional video is very well made; I mean, your voice is not always as clear as people would like it to be, but you give very complete instructions and do it in a quick manner. You have a small amount of views and a small followerbase; yet it seems like you have been doing this for a long time. I'd just like to thank you as I also ordered aftermarket fairings and I'm not as quick as you to see how things work. So, thanks and maybe make some more vids about your cbr600rr.
kinda hard to hear with that obnoxious music
dude i cant understand you with the music on
Great video but maybe either go with music OR commentary, not both. Hard to hear at certain points when music drowns out commentary.
I emailed them 3 weeks ago and i still haven't gotten a response. I sent them another email last week and still nothing. Pretty disappointed.
Thank you For your time and effort !!!!
Miss you x
Are you on the books or what mate?
Could you please tell me what the name of the intro-song is? REALLY need it :) thx
thank you!!
Very nice review mate. Always my fear when I eventually buy some is the Paint finish (orange peal effect) and fitment. but they look bang on the money! Good job on the Video -best out there my a mile.
***** Thanks a lot buddy. Really appreciate the feedback ;) Yeah I've had some tragic fairings over the years which just crack and peel, and dont flex at all like OEM (shocking quality), but these from Motomarts are by far the best not just in the paint finish but the actual moulds as well as fitting (good flexibility). So thought I'd share the feedback with others. Really great service from them as well. If you go with them, be sure to mention you saw this review, they may drop you a small discount. Thanks again for the feedback dude. Safe riding... All the best ;)
I want to replace my fairings as well and have been using youtube to research. I have seen a lot of kits needing holes redrilled, had to be zip-tied together in spots, had paint/finish crack while installing, or just not fit period. I've seen enough nightmares that I was going to just go OEM. Then I saw this. This seemed to go together very well. Did you just randomly pick them off ebay and get lucky? Were you aware of other successful installs and chose them because of that? Would be interested in hearing how they hold up. Appreciate your video
Terza 8 Hi Terza, thanks for dropping by. Yes there are a lot of aftermarket fairing kits out there to choose from, many of which are such poor quality they're not worth the trouble let alone the money and I have had my fare share of nightmare kits as well. But fairings that need holes drilling out are not necessarily a sign of bad quality, its just the layers of paint that fill the holes in just enough that obstruct the bolts. But when they dont line up, and have to be zipped tied, this is obviously bad workmanship/mould quality but can also be down to how the fairings are installed (and in which order). Paint cracking from installing, means 2 things, moulds are brittle with poor flexibility which is from PVC or low grade recycled ABS being used for the moulds, which a lot of sellers use cus its cheaper for them, and also the paint is cheap as well and often some sellers only give 1 or 2 layers of paint, which contributes to a bad quality finish and terrible durability. So do your research is all i can suggest when buying aftermarket. haha no I did not get lucky lol or maybe I did. But I researched and sent emails to many sellers before buying to gain knowledge on their manufacturing process (compression or injection), quality of paint, layers of paint and materials used (PVC or ABS) and whether its recycled ABS (which is very important. Motomarts gave all the answers I was looking for, one of which was they source new high grade ABS pellets for their moulds, so their quality of mould and paint finish is excellent. Fitting went very smoothly on my kit with minimal need of drilling holes and all the joints lined up perfectly. Apart from the RAW assembly joints, so just used my OEM which was minimal fuss. They were also great with customer service which is an added benefit when dealing with someone on the other side of the world :) Anyway, it has been almost 6 months since I installed them, and they are holding up great with minimal signs of wear, so durability is top notch. Overall I've been very impressed. They are by far the best quality fairings I've bought to date so I thoroughly recommend them. If you decide to go with them, be sure to mention this review. Hope this info helps. Safe riding. All the best ;)
Levi Bracus How much miles put you on them until now ?
Bokieyoh Hi buddy, Ooooo not sure, around 2,000 miles and counting I think. A few chips from stones have occurred and tiny crack around one of the bolt holes next to stand, but I ride my bike hard, sometimes even getting air so maybe this is just from strong landing :) So far they have held up very well.
Hi Levi Bracus!!! Tell Please, sell the old plastic on CBR 600RR???
AleX TS Hi Alex, sorry for late reply. Yes I am selling the old plastics. They are actually up on ebay right now so feel free to have a look see. But as they are OEM and in mint condition, I'm not letting them go cheap. Link is here if interested: www.ebay.co.uk/itm/281652520157?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
