2020 AEV Bison ZR2 rear bumper upgrade
I just got this pickup. I absolutely love it but the rear bumper needs some serious help. It’s just a big flat sheet of metal that needs a little help. I still have more to do so I’ll get it blasted and powder coated when it’s done done. For now this is a good start 👍🏻

These boards have changed our lives

I wanted to do a real time video of the process for making one of these teak hardwood cutting boards. The original charcuterie boards changed our lives. We have a much better savings. My wife added services to her skin care business, I have more tools for make loads of other things. We’re getting a truck that we can all fit in finally. Life is good. Let it be a lesson. If something like this ev...

Thank you! Hope you guys are hangin in there!
lol good job
Thanks!
Taking 2 mins to throw on some safety glasses is way easier than picking slivers of metal or broken cutoff wheel out of your eye, i promise.

Was the smoke because it was composting?
Just steam. Had been there for over a week and started to break down and it was like 40 degrees when I did this 👍🏻
Dang man! Hope this things running well for you now
lol, not quite. Close though! Just gotta find time to redo the timing belt!
@ you are close. I’m about to rebuild one myself
I like it Good Job .
Thank you!
Found your charcuterie board on insta, so Iooking at your page I found tree cutting and came to YT to see more work as this is what I’m doing right now and tips would be helpful. YT has hidden your page. I had to go back to Insta to link from there. Thought you’d like to know.
I’m not surprised man. Thanks for letting me know!!!
@@tbabajanhe is correct. You popped up on my feed and I watched this vid. I saw the comment and decided to do a couple “generic” but still specific searches and you never popped up unless I typed in your specific username. Why I originally came down here was to commend you on that second cut. I never noticed the fence until the tree rolled 6 in from it.
Love it when my brain works out a system for everything 😮😅😊
Encouraging people to antagonize their own families is exactly why you guys are clowns
lol, ok.
Boars head indeed.
That looks more like a board for fruit and snowflakes.
That’s hilarious!

Beautiful dogs man
Thanks brotha!!! They’re a couple of goofballs for sure, haha
I love it but it looks like it need shocks .lol half of a day beat u to death lol .but I do love it
If it had shocks it would have been way more difficult to build but they would definitely be nice!
Cool concept. Perhaps an extension on the boom would make that a little quicker
I tried when I made it. The leverage point is too tall or far back and will just lift the front tires off the ground on heavy logs 😂
Need more close ups of the whatcha. MA call it ( machine )
Haha, I did a full how it’s made video a while back you should be able to find it under the video tab on my page! 👍🏻
😴💤💤💤💤💤💤💤
That’s kinda the point
@tbabajan Why? Why would anyone want to watch that 🤔? It was like watching a cat scratching around it's litter box in search for the best corner to poop in
@@BruceMcCall-m7bidk, but it’s got almost 7k views so someone clearly does.
Correction, 31k…
It was in my feed. It looked like it might be interesting. It truly was not! I bet most of your views came about in same unsuspecting way
Nice job . If I had more trees I would love to have one of those .
Thanks! This thing is a little work horse for sure!
Did you build that skidder? Awesome little machine, I would have loved to have one when I had my small firewood business long ago.
@@thomasschwab1727sure did! It’s a little workhorse!
Take the handle apart and see if you can get the button contacts to work again before spending money. Usually it's just a bent piece or contacts need cleaning. Since you can hear the detent so clearly it's actually probably more likely a disconnected wire.
I did. Still didn’t work 😭 I ended up ordering a two remote unit to wire in so should work fine! 🙌🏻
@@tbabajan Sometimes it's just junk but it's always worth tearing down, that's where all the interesting knowledge is
@@vyvianalcott1681agreed!
that looks qutie good bro! nice job
Thanks man! Turned out decent I’d say!
If u say so
“If U sAy So” lol. Do better you dork.
Don't throw parts at a problem, that is an expensive rabbit hole no one wants to go down. Always start with the stored diagnostic trouble codes. Those codes will specify what systems are being affected. Then, we need to deduce whether those system errors are symptomtomatic or a root cause. A good dvom is invaluable for confirming or denying the sensors and circuits. In this case, I would be willing to bet that you had a knock sensor primary circuit open or short to ground DTC stored in permanent memory space. Hopefully after the start up self test, it will transfer to history and then self-clear after you complete a drive cycle.
I totally agree. I had the engine professionally rebuilt but got it back with just the heads put on the block and a box of parts so I’m pretty proud of myself for figuring it out. I’ll never refer someone to that place I made a bunch of videos about it. But unfortunately the older system this has hasn’t showed anything for codes. Originally I had a TPS sensor code and had it replaced professionally because the NAPA brand sensor would not get to in spec. Other than that no codes what so ever. Plus the rig has 240k+ miles so I’m not too upset replacing a bunch of original parts. So yes it really sucks but I think it’ll be worth it someday when I either sell it or give it to my daughter in 13 years, haha.
That’s a morning I want
Definitely worth it man!
Taking care of a new born alone is so difficult. Maybe put optional hobbies on hold. In my opinion
Thanks but she told me to go. Maybe don’t be dumb.
Cool decision to tell someone with a common opinion “don’t be dumb” unsubscribe!
Or just go hunting as a single man... less stress and fuss.
No thanks, she makes me a better man. I’d might be single but I’d also be a lesser version of myself, haha.
You'll find out why bud sorry 😔
No clue what that’s supposed to mean, lol

The kydex looks clean af and it does infact look cool! Thanks for the share
Hahaha thanks! At least someone other than me digs it 😂
" is it cool?" "No. Because hunting squirels with hounds isnt cool." "But do i give a shit?" "No." 😂😂😂
thats awesome! where’d you get the fanny pack velcro belt?
Thanks man! The Fanny is a Helikon-Tex Possum and it has a pass through portion in the back for a cheap AIKATE Tactical Molle Belt. Both from Amazon. Cheap AF but does the job.
Clearly you know what you are doing, but I am curious why you make your back cut and put the wedge in before making your face cut. Doesn't that bind the bar when starting the face cut? Thanks!
Good question. The tree isn’t small. If I did the face cut first and for some reason my winch failed the back cut wouldn’t be deep enough to sink a wedge and keep it from going packwards. This way I can use the back cut first wedge as a safety until the face cut is done. And yes, if I really hammered the wedge in it could make the face cut hard to do but you just gotta sink it enough to lift the tree a tiny bit so you know it’s set. 👍🏻
@@tbabajan Thanks. That makes sense!
It works 🤷

Hey thanks bud! 😂
Noooooooooooooo he was a cat faced spider, their super friendly and aren’t poisonous. They are my lovely swamp friends and I treat them like apples on a tree. Tehe he he tehe
Yes you are!
Having the file glide down the tooth on the back stroke doesn’t hurt the file at all. Also, they’re $1.50 a file, I’m not worried about it.
looks good to me. the angle is a little aggro for my tastes but faster cuts for more frequent sharpening is a fair trade for many people
Nice shot brother! I just subscribed 😊
Thanks man I appreciate it!!! More of this stuff comin soon! Not many views on this kinda stuff but it’s what I love to do so 🤷🏻♂️😂
