Just pulled my broken vent door out of my Ram Rumble Bee minutes ago here on July 4th 2024 at midnight in my briefs cause I saw this and was so excited to fix my a/c. Summer has been miserable this year in Tennessee and August is always our hottest month so I’m not looking forward to it. Thanks!

had this prob on mine multiple times, bought the metal flap & connector then it broke on the servo actuator. Cant win either way when its hot summer in Texas. My 85 ram never had this BS lol

I have either a dead mouse or a cat pissed somewhere and the air blows but it stinks. I live in New England and it is winter so I have a problem. I hate mice, they are the worst.
If your blower will not blow, tap the bottom of the blower motor with the rubber/plastic end of a screw driver. Those motors are notorious for corrosion at the bottom and they will stop working.
I have a problem with just the passenger side vents don't blow that hard. My driver side is good! Will this be the problem??? It's a 2006 Ram 2500 Diesel. Thanks

Gracias amigo , ya kedo mi camioneta ya tira el aire fuerte , tenia rota la tapa y aparte estaba quebrado el plástico de un lado , por el momento tapé la quebraduras con cinta gris .

And yes that flap was broke I could see it up inside there covering most of the hole. I have A/C again. Two thumbs up

Man you came threw big time. Watching this video I immediately pulled over at the gas station removed my blower and found my flap blocking

Not sure but you can remove the motor and see if the flap is broken and go from there.

Same here. I took out the motor and the screwed the flap to the back so it’s closed for the cold air and the passenger side is still weak
Next video will be replacing the ac knob when you turn it up so hard

Did you remove it all together or replace it?
