I have been using Vicks vapor rub and I noticed that it has made my hair very thick and it has grown my hair out. I set the timer for 15 mins while I’m greasing my scalp with it when the timer goes off then I get ready to jump in the shower and wash it. I don’t do it often though just every few months to stimulate my scalp. Next thing I’m getting ready to try is the Cardi B hair mask. I’m going to do it twice a month if I can. I started my hair journey last January and it’s getting longer and healthy. I’m definitely going to buy some blue magic and make some carrot juice for my hair. Let your edges breathe and grow on their own girl!! Certain styles will destroy your hair. Lace frontal wigs and pieces and even braids with too much tension is a no, no, all those chemicals they're not telling us about wiill definitely create hair loss. Remember they don't Care about Us. We have to care about ourselves more and what we put in!!
