That's what happens when u rely on a musk timeline. They will be there at the end of 2025, mid 2026, start of 2027, sometime in 2028, Xmas 2029, summer 2030. That's worst case scenario.

@thomasjohnston1805 COVID did set things back with the Artemis mission, as well as the gateway and ISS orbital programs. Then, inflation that came after shrunk the budget. We also have to remember that they only just finished designing the Moon space suits, while SpaceX only just managed a successful test of their launching system. We also have political holdback, and weather. If the timeline stays as it is, we will see Artemis 2 laug by September 2025, with the landing mission in late 2026 or early/mid 2027. Probably see the ISS retired by 2029 at the earliest.

@@guywhowatchesvideos-z2e you made a joke about them being late. my joke was about musk always missing his delivery dates not specifically artemis. Space x agreed about 3 1/2 years ago to have all their stuff ready by 2024. space X is several years behind. this is completely standard for musk. promise a date and miss it.
