Morasa Polo (Jeweled Rice) | مرصع پلو | Iranian Food | ENG SUB
"Morasa Polo" or "Jeweled Rice" is a tasty, aromatic, vibrant, and wholesome traditional Persian dish that is cooked with a variety of different dried fruits and nuts. Although chicken, lamb, or beef are frequently served with the dish, it can also be enjoyed vegetarian-style. This unusual dish is a real thrill to eat thanks to how well the texture, flavor, and aroma of the various sautéed fruits and nuts compliment one another. Bon Appétit!

3 cups Basmati Rice (برنج باسماتی)
3/4 cup Golden Raisins (کشمش پلویی طلایی)
3/4 cup Sun Dried Raisins (کشمش پلویی آفتاب خشک)
3/4 cup Slivered Pistachios, raw (خلال پسته)
3/4 cup Blanched Slivered Almonds, raw (خلال بادام)
3/4 cup Barberries (زرشک)
3/4 cup Orange Peel, sliced (خلال پرتقال), fresh or dried

Very nice recipe and instruction. I had made spinach borani first time following a different video and it turned out nice - but not "wow". Then I tried this recipe here and it turned out much better: I love the additiona of walnut, that's a unique twist. And I think it's also good advice not to use too much yogurt, as shown here. Thank you for sharing this beautiful recipe - I'll be making this again today 😋

sorry what was the baking temperature? I can't seem to find it
The baking temperature is 375°F (~190°C), and it could take anywhere from 25 to 35 minutes depending on your over type and its temperature regulation mechanism (that's if you place both pans in the oven at the same time). If you're baking them one pan at a time, 18 to 20 minutes at the 375°F should be enough. Please see subtitles at 07:33 for baking temperature. Thank you.

سپاسگزارم که ویدیوی من را تماشا کردید. ما از شابلون قهوه برای الگو استفاده کردیم. به جای شابلون قهوه، شما می توانید طرح خود را روی فویل آلومینیومی بکشید و با تیغ ببرید. شابلون را روی کاسه قرار دهید و دارچین را روی سوراخ هایی که روی فویل درست کردید بپاشید
خیلی عالی و زیبا بود ما اهل تبریز هستیم و در آمریکا زندگی می کنیم فقط اینارو خواستم اضافه کنم که در روش پخت کوفته تبریزی گوشت را روی یک سنگ صاف می کوبند تا گوشت ترد و پوک شود و همینطور لپهٔ پخته شدهٔ نیمه جان و پیاز را هم می کوبند چون با کوبیدن، درست مزهٔ کوفته به اون داده میشه و اینکه برنج آش قاطی میکنند نه برنج پلو. و اون کوفته ها جوری میشن که واقعا طعم مخصوص کوفته درمیاد. لابد خواهید پرسید سنگ و چوخماق برای کوبیدن را از کجا تهیه کنیم، در بازارهای سنتی ایران همهٔ اینها موجودند.ولی با سپاس فراوان و تشکرات شما یک کوفتهٔ خیلی راحت و ساده و خوشمزه یاد دادید که هر کس میتونه درست کنه. سلامت و تندرست باشید❤درود بر شما.

Thank you very much for your question. Yes, we experimented with different ice cream bases. You may add eggs to create a custard base, or use less pomegranate juice and in its place add milk. You may also reduce the pomegranate juice over heat or use pomegranate molasses. In the end, we wanted to keep it very simple for our audience. The ingredients used in our base were measured to create a mixture that fit in the 2-quart bowl of the Cuisinart ICE-30BC ice cream maker. The milk that's typically used in making ice cream was replaced with pomegranate juice (the tradeoff here is the loss of some fats, solids, and other proteins). The weight-based ratio of heavy cream to liquid was kept at about 2 to 1 to ensure the ice cream was sufficiently creamy. Enough sugar was added to maintain the desirable taste but not too much to interfere with the freezing process. The ingredients were juggled in a way to produce an ice cream that's both creamy and tasty. I hope this helps.

Hello, I wonder did you put the bowl in freezer before using it (as Cuisinart requires to freeze the bowl in its manual) or it was warm in room temprature. Thank you for the video. ❤
Thank you very much for watching my channel. Yes, the bowl was placed in the freezer 24 hours prior to use. The Cuisinart ICE-30BC, which used to make this ice cream, requires the bowl to be frozen between 6 to 22 hours prior to use.

من همه این مراحل رو انجام دادم اما اصلا بستنی خودشو نگرفت
میشه لطفا کمی بیشتر توضیح بدید که چطور بستنی نگرفت و با چه مشکلاتی برخورد کردید؟ آیا قبل از تهیه بستنی کاسه بستنی ساز را فریز کردید؟ زمان انجماد کاسه حدود ۲۴ ساعت است و باید قبل از تهیه بستنی انجام شود. با تشکر
