My bike is same year same model but different seat that has only one rounded screw thing holding it. Can’t get it off and there are no other videos. Bummer

Thank you so much. There are so many videos for the boulevard bike seat. I guess each year was different or something. My dad went out of town for an extended period of time and put me in charge of cranky up his bike. I don't ride so after waiting for six weeks had a Harley rider show me, found out the battery was dead and on father's day finally cranked up the bike after charging the battery after pulling out all the unnecessary screws to get the seat off when all I needed was 1 allen wrench 3 screws. Happy Father's day dad.

take out the rear seat screw....pull HARD to the rear and it comes off....remove the 2 screws for the front seat and your done...... wayyyy easier than needing the extension and small cramped spaces to remove.

If you check the left side cover on the bike there should be a tool kit behind the cover that has all the Allen wrenches that go with your bike in it

It's way easier if you pull the strap off of the rear seat, then take off the back screw, the rear seat will slide out and you'll have easy access to the two screws that hold down the rider's seat.

The bolt that holds the gas tank on, do you know what size it is??? Been searching still cant find any good details.

Thanks Dusty. I have a 2005 C 50 as well. Love my little cruiser. You are brave using an electric drill. I always use a hand ratchet because I am so clumsy and would probably lose control of the drill and scratch the paint of the fender. Thanks Ben. I used your advice in removing my seat(s). Sure gets dirty under the seat(s). Out here in Santa Barbara the fires dumped a lot of toxic and abrasive ash so I periodically clean the fender. Thanks for the refresher. Wishing you safe riding in 2018.

There's an easier way to get those 2 bolts that hold the main seat down without spinning the drill bit right by the fake leather seat and causing damage...just slide the rear, smaller cushion straight back under the loop that holds it and pull it totally out. Then you will have WAY easier access to undo the 2 bolts.

Great "refresher" course for me. I'd still like to find out who runs thru UA-cam giving Thumbs Down.... I see nothing ain't with this video. I believe there's bots doing this.
