Dear Guys, Thanks for your invaluable channel. The most informative and succinct out here on YT by a mile. Hope I could get some advice: -I am on provisional registration and failed two of my placements. I have passed my subsequents placements, but after failing two in a row the DCTS were not really happy with me and my relationship with one is bad. In short she will not offer me a contract extension to repeat those two terms. Even though the other DCT did want to offer me one. I have a job offer at another hospital though. 1) What would be the process of transferring over my AHPRA Supervision to my new job? Is this easy to do? I have completed/passed 10 weeks Orthopaedics, 10 Weeks ED, 10 weeks Ward Call/Relieving (Medicine). Second question: 2) Will Orthopaedics count as my 10 week surgical block? Do you think I'm on track with the rotations listed and provided I pass 17 weeks further in ED to apply for general registration?
Hello! Firstly I would like to thank you guys for all the helpful information .I'm a South African doctor working in emergency medicine in Ireland. I just completed my MCQ1 in the UK. The material in the exam didnt seem to correlate with any of the material in the AMC handbook or past papers. Are there any other resources to access?
Hi question i am graduate from English speaking country, do i still need to give English test ,do u recommend it?
I would like you to get contact with you. I have already emailed you. My name is Foziya

hello dear thanks for the videos Is there any reference that helps us with the Pesci exam?
If I’m planning to write my AMC 1 in March 2025 .. which internship intake am i eligible to apply for?
They say third times a charm, I've officially passed AMC MCQ1🎉🎉 for all my repeat test takers don't give up and don't be discouraged.
Congratulations 🌻🌼
I failed 3 times, i lost money to reviews that never helped but the major thing is that I've not lost hope
Passing the AMC MCQ1 is when you study hard,if you can't study or you don't have time for your studies I'd advise you get yourself help like Mr Thomas
@@JaderLove-h4f if you can’t study, then don’t take the AMC or any exam for that matter, simple.
I had interest in working with him but I was discouraged by my friends out of ignorance 😔
Hello! I am a fresh medical graduate from the philippines. I’m a dual citizen (australian & filipino) and was wondering if being an aussie citizen would help my chances of doing my internship in australia despite graduating from a foreign med school? Would really appreciate your response
Hello... is it possible to get into an observership program for an IMG with no previous work experience, PR or citizenship ?
hai good morning

Hello mam , I have one more question... I will setup . Epic account and AMC portfolio . Like. , they will verify my MBBS degree , By the next year I will recieve my internship certificate also . If I verify my degree now , . And by the next year I will add my internship certificate, my question is whether internship certificate can be verified if I add it later? Please answer , am afraid
Could you please mention the name of the American podcast about emergency cases, thanks a lot for the informative video
🙏🙌🥺😇
What about someone who has had a specialist training as a plastic surgeon/ oncologist etc and want to move ? Please guide
Do we need to clear AMC 1 first in order to apply? Where can we submit our paper?
This Was Really Helpful..Thank you so much
My college is in wdoms list but after new ecfmg 2024 rules it might loose ecfmg accreditation and ecfmg sponser note when i graduate in 2026. Is ecfmg sponsor note mandatory for AMC exam?
Please make a video for competent pathway after establishing epic account your videos are best
I have a question please I have finished my mbbs this year from Russian university and here we don’t have internship year they wrote in our certificate that we complete amount of hours as ( practice ) and I can’t go back to my country , I have two questions 1. Do they count this ( practice ) as internship year ? 2. If I passed amc 1,2 and oet but I have no internship and haven’t been in residency training program is there any chances to find a job or it’s waste of time? Thank you
Hi I did all the verification and created Amc portal cleared part 1 as well.when i went to aphra rego they said my university is being delisted from 2024 so iam not eligible for next steps. But when i graduated university is in wdoms.someone have any idea how to resolve this.Thank you.
Where are you guys your amazing ❤please I hope you come back
EPIC website says AMC does not require verification of internship...for standard pathway... So do one need to get it verified?
Very insightful video. I did the same mistake as an IMG without even realizing it. If you do not mind, could you please talk about applying for jobs. Especially about applying for RMO campaigns. Thank you so much.
Do I need to verify PMQ only or internship as well through EPIC?
I finished my mbbs abroad this June including internship . I want to write AMC. do I need permanent registration in my home country to apply for AMC? because I want to prepare for Australia exam directly without doing internship in India again. please reply. thank you
Was your internship abroad pre graduation?
@@charmainesayi yes
@@kavyag4024 from what I know you can apply for AMC exam directly and then apply for PGY1 positions in Australia ( which is internship) and that is quite harder to get but not impossible as she mentioned. I’m in the same position by the way. I’m looking for online study partner if you’re keen 🙂
@@charmainesayi sure how can I contact you?
Thank ypu for information privided, it was really interesting. I have a question, if studies in my med school was 6 years, we have like internship included, how s the procedure, do i need to aspire for PGY1 or go straight forward to PGY2 ?
Guys plz upload videos ❤
❤
Very well explained, mashallah
Very informative 👏🏻 good job...As you mentioned 50% questions means 75 questions are previous questions it means they are old questions/recalls ??
dear doctor ... I am already stressed 😫😂😂
All these figures are pre tax or after tax?
These are post tax values

AMC handbook of MCQs link is not working. I purchased the book but the link I got did not work!! It seems that the site is not uptodate!!!! If someone else had the same problem please let me know.
Awesome insights into the IMG journey. I was just amazed that 'locals are not afraid to ask'. I think there are shy, unassuming locals who will take whatever terms are offered just as there are also IMGs who ask in a way that anticipates success. As a Director of Clinical Training who grew from a shy, undemanding local RMO many years ago, I find it quite confronting when any JMOs (including IMGs) me what terms to allocate to them. . You don't need to grovel, but do acknowledge that rotations will not be perfect for everyone.
hai.good morning
English taught MBBS program from China is 5 years + 1 year of compulsory internship. Most of the students only graduate after the completion of total of Six years. So, are we supposed to do other year of internship after passing the AMC exams?
Excellent question doctor, I was about to ask the same.
Do you have to clear any exam to get into registrarship? Other than AMC1&2 .
To get on to a training program, you may need to pass an exam: it depends on the Specialty College. To step up from RMO to (non-training) registrar, you just need your supervisors to think you are ready.
I am in my med school rn. I am an img . Honestly alot of people tell that it's difficult to Find an intern job in australia. Idk i will try my level best and maybe in some years i will be giving the interview in your channel🙃
Thanks ❤❤❤

Thanks so much for this, I was torn about taking a course, but it would have devastated me financially and I could not get a reliable feed back on how good these courses are. But this podcast has empowered me to make a decision
