Hey thanks! Are you a life coach? No, take a walk (in my Adam Sandler from Big Daddy voice)
@@GoodNeighborBadGolfer kinda,....its not worth the anguish and constant frustration my friend. Nobody likes to struggle and constantly feed golf balls into the meat grinder. It must cost you another 40 bucks for golf balls every round. Does plenty of other drinking and socializing Sports you could do🤷♂️
🤣😂 perfect soundtrack for this
yikes
Why is it that the men who enjoy watching football the most are likely to actually play it the least. Get off your couch and go DO it! I dont understand the obsession with something you dont actually participate in.
That is sports, many people are obsessed because what you watch on TV is something that the ordinary person cannot do like block or tackle or baseball most people couldn't hit a fastball in the big leagues... I don't think you can just get off the couch and go play in the NFL... But I could be wrong...
Tip culture needs to stop. You can be the nicest person who can barely afford nice things and you go out to treat yourself to some good food and you're only able to give a small tip and then the waiter gets butt- hurt because you couldn't tip more. Even assholes who give the most subpar service still get tipped even though they gave the customer crap service. If a business can't afford to supplement their own employee's with liveable wages, they shouldn't be in business to begin with!
That's the kind of person that I wouldn't want working in my restaurant. He doesn't know the person that treated him well but he would treat that person unjustly as their server of my food? Who does he think he is? He took the job for the pay and the possibility of God tips over the course of the night or long term. He would be fired if I heard him say that as one of my staff. If he does his job well that one person who couldn't afford to pay a generous tip would not affect him at all.
Yeah this is dumb. You go to work for money. Doesn’t matter if a customer straight insults me. I’m emotionally stable enough to laugh it off. Give me a good tip.
Tips are based on service they aren’t mandatory if your service sucks it will be reflected in the tip. Servers are being paid more hourly and now expect nothing less than 18% but the service is still the same 🤨
I am a sever that gets pretty good tips. I do believe the tipping system is kinda bullshit tho and wish it didn’t exist
Don't you get paid regardless? If so then definitely the rude person and if to rude call the cops after I get their plates, it's a win win 😂😂😂😂
Option three, pay your people and don't force your customers to tip.
The first hit by Dillion.. He was going much faster into the corner, hitting 1st car. 2nd car was NOT intentional. Dillon was coming down, while 2nd car was going up.. contact made.
Was definitely intentional his spotter was telling him to wreck him… and nascar just denied his appeal too
I used to be a waitress in college. I rather the kind person than the tips. I knew jerks that said all kinds of disgusting things to me then leave a big tip. I felt wrong I don't want that tip.
The whole tipping thing in America is out of control. If it was made that companies had to hey their servers better wages and then not have to beg customers for tips or flip out on them if they don't feel they were tipped well enough. I'm tired of people just thinking that they deserve a big tip for mediocre or shity service. The whole point of a tip is that you're giving them extra to thank them for extra good service, for them going over and above their job even. I ordered from Papa John's last night, and they used to have a delivery fee of around $3. Well, now they upped it to $5, then of course, right underneath, they tell you that this delivery charge is not for the driver, so to please make sure that you tip them well for their service. That really irritated me. The thing is, I would rather tip the driver than have to pay that extra delivery charge. The company should not be charging delivery charges for themselves. It's not like they're giving it to the driver. So, really, what am I paying that charge for? It's just so the company makes more money off you. That just irritated the s*** out of me. You think you're paying about $40 for your pizzas, and then there's an extra $15-$18's you have to pay on top of that, for taxes, delivery fee, and then your tip, of course. The whole entire thing is just crazy. I had such a long tiresome day yesterday and I just wanted some pizza. My daughter then had to listen to me b**** for an hour about the delivery charge. 😂😂😂
Ask people that has traveled to Europe where there's no tipping at most establishments. Yeti tell you the wait staff are rude and could care less about service or good quality.
hahaha i completely agree with that... like where is this delivery charge going???
If you don't tip. Keep your kind ass home.
Many countries have Much "cleaner" foods than America. I have traveled to several countries and have to say they all had much more healthy and fresher fruits and veggies than we have in our markets. And usually Much less expensive. "Life is a banquet and most poor suckers are starving".
I can see that for sure and have heard the same thing... but for someone who may be a picky eater it may be a big thing
@@GoodNeighborBadGolfer Agreed. I think picky eaters may be missing out on some Wonderful food and fruits they never tried. ☺
I would push to end tipping have the owener paymore.
Wow. This tip thing is wild. I'm scared to walk by a restaurant nowadays.
If you want to tip fine if you don't tip that's your chose
If waiters don’t make tips salary is 5$/ hour -6 hours a day . So please tip if you can
I make $2 hour
wow thats crazy
Get a new shirt and realize nascar is wwe
If you tip you must be kind but don't show it
Agreed you should always be nice and tip well in my opinion
My boy. Get yourself outta that extra medium shirt. 😂
Hahaha but your Mom bought me this shirt 😂😂
@@GoodNeighborBadGolfer She bought it as a hint. Walk the course, not cart it. 😂
hahahaha
How about employers pay their people correctly instead of having their employees beg customers?
that would be ideal
Fuck tipping service workers. They openly refuse fair wages csuse tips make them more, then cry about unfair wages. Just enslave people over 30 whos only skill is a fake smile and carrying a dish.
Dieet 😂
Dom
In the netherlands they get paid waiges that you could pay your bills with and still have left over for other stuff we only tip if we the customer think it is valid and earnt nice service nice food good time and even then the max someone would tip is maybe 5€😂 and if you dont tip that is fine to we dont have to live on tips with fair waiges
interesting... maybe one day
Another question! Would you rather work with an asshole but does the job right 100 percent of the time? Or work with a very nice person but doesn’t do anything or contributes to the company and people you work with? I choose the former. Laziness is more disgusting and disrespectful than someone saying F U to me.
Agreed...
Tips should NOT be expected. I have worked for tips, but I am not tipping 20%. 10-15% is plenty. Im sick of the expected percentage of the amount going up every year. Make the employers pay them.
Just say you’re broke. This “anti tip” culture is getting out of control. If you’re eating at a place and your bill is 40 dollars, 18 percent is fair. If you can’t afford a tip less than 8 dollars, you broke as hell and should not be eating out. 😂 And if you actually have worked for tips, you should be aware that a lot of places “share tips” and split it among the waiters. Not very educated on the matter are you? 🎉
If your sitting down at a restaurant it is expected to tip... I can see this if your talking about coffee or fast food or something but at a sit down restaurant a tip is 100% the right thing to do
This guy is either lying or he didn't think it through or he hasn't worked in the service industry. I worked in it for decades and I would rather have somebody not tip me but be nice and respectful then somebody be a jerk and get me a whole bunch of money. I don't need your money..... and I have self-respect. See if someone doesn't tip me that's okay because I know I'm going to make it up on the other 99% that do tip❤ I always treated it like a numbers game like Las Vegas, you play the odds,.... you treat everybody nice and at the end of the night you're going to make a lot of money
That is a good way to look at it!
TBT most are going to be nice to the second one next time, but not the jerk who's loose with cash.
No tip for sure, the verbal abuse can be brushed off in most cases.
I agree with you. I guess if I'm waiting on you and that's how you are I can suck it up for a decent tip they know they're extra but nice to my face and no tip is way worse
@@karinafitzi5874 when I used to wait tables I would be told by other servers to not give as good as service due to their lack of tips. I’d just do my best and then they would tip me better than other servers so I’ve never listened to others when it came down to that. I just was myself and helped be the best I could be.
Kindest in the world and paid fair wages.
That would be ideal!
I’d rather the kind person. If I was with them, I’d just leave the tip. I can’t make someone be nice to the server and I don’t want any special ingredients in my food.
I can see that, in this situation we played it as one or the other
Anyone in the service industry knows we want the asshole who tips well
As a bartender, I would rather get a tip...
39 bucks? Idk if the 8 dollars is worth snapping fingers, "is there any liquor in this" , "I asked for medium rare" 🤣
People are crazy... love it when people complain about an order and it comes out exactly the way they ordered it then change there mind
well when your pissed at being TIP'ed to death everyday... and the waiter dose nothing and wants a nice tip and hands you a phone to tip... and it has 20% 25% and 30% on it ur screwed either way... i will never tip again.... we need to just pay them a livable wage instead ...
Interesting approach… Agree on fast food / coffee where they are asking for a tip, don’t love that… But at a restaurant and you sit down for a meal a tip is necessary/deserved in my opinion
I run around so much at the restaurant i work at i sweat bullets most days. I have to lift kegs and clean plates and utensils, make sure everyone gets a cold glass, remember what the regulars drink without having to ask them, I clean tables and floors and wrangle rowdy kids for parents that aren't paying attention. And I gotta do it with a smile on my face 😊 i get feeling some type of way about "forced" electronic tipping on drive thrus. But if you are sitting down inside a restaurant, there is so much that goes into your experience that you don't even see.. until we get a livable wage baseline we heavily rely and tips to feed our families. If you don't want to tip, cook at home. Save your money and wash your own dishes and pour your own drinks ❤
Completely agree… there is a lot that goes into a good experience at a restaurant and lots of people depend on the tip money
@@mcd08you must not have any skills if you have to be a waiter
@mikitesfaye8079 I average about 30/hr. Would love for you to tell me what other jobs pay that with "no skills". It's okay to not want to pay for services- just stay home. Or are you too lazy to cook?
