Nice tractor, the ground was very wet to be disking. But the old Ferguson was having a great time.

So, what is the hose coming off the blower motor and what is it for exactly? I bought a new blower motor for my 94 and the hole on the side of the motor housing is offset from the OEM motor and this mystery hose will not reach it. Is this hose even necessary or can I just plug the hole on the blower motor? Is that for ventilation or something else? The other end just goes to the heater box.

I got a ? Eveytime i trun my hearter on it makes a weird noise like a really really loud noise like a humming or something like that

Just take the last screw out and put the gasket on the new blower motor instead of fighting and installing the gasket wrong

What size are the 3 screws for the motor I can’t find it

Kinda funny, I saw a FB Marketplace listing a couple hours ago for one of these near where I live (Huntington WV) and decided to go on the UA-cam looking for videos on them to see if it'd do what I wanted. I didn't expect to come across the EXACT same tractor in a UA-cam video though! You can't get much better marketing than a video of the tractor working a field!

Sweet, I need to change mine tomorrow I got the same motor from amazon. How long did the chy knees motor last? You did leave a screw in which kept you from getting the gasket in right though. You also forgot to hook up the fresh air line from the cabin that cools the fan motor. The hole the line goes in is on the wrong side on the new motor. ugh. That open hole on the blower motor will be sucking every single bit of road dirt, dust and salt directly into the motor as you drive until it clogs up the motor and causes it to overheat and fail. The fan will now suck hot air from the engine bay to try to cool it. The dirt will land on the speed control resistor behind the motor which is cooled by the airflow as well. That can cause the resistor to fail and/ or possibly catch fire. Water can now also enter the cabin through the fresh air vent tube and the motor. Not trying to rag on you, just point out a couple of missed steps.

I worked at the International Harvester Research and Development center in 1966 as a technical writer. One assignment was the 1966 Cub Cadet parts list. All drawn by hand on a drafting table. I have the original documents, sales brochures. They are in a drawer in my shop. It would be better if you had them. I have never commented before, how do we get together so I can give these to you. Loved that little Speedex tractor ya got there, also love those Power King tractors in the background to. I have two Power King tractors, and also wouldn't mind owning a little Speedex tractor like the one displayed there. The square mower decks on them have a tendency to turn me on, love them that much. My time is limited now, however before I pass away from this earth, I want the chance to get a Speedex tractor like yours.
