      Cool, I just bought a Patrol 600 very similar to yours but with the Suzuki 150.It's being assembled in Auckland and being shipped to Wanaka at the middle of the month. Im in California right now tow foiling on some liquid force gear, but I wing/ tow in foil on Axis gear. Do you have ballast in your boat? How can I call you to prick your brain a wee bit? Cheers John

    How would you compare the Axis 1150, 1310 and now 1210 for Jump Pump Glide? It looks like 1210 has a faster cadence required

    • @paygr01
      @paygr01 Рік тому

      I have these 3 foils. Yes faster cadence for 1201 and faster take off. 1150 is just the best for learning, beach starts and pumping for a minute. 1310 I am still learning how to pump and master the 5min plus. Need to be very technically correct with everything on this foil. I’m 70kg

    • @hoppline
      @hoppline Рік тому

      @@sadorno It's actually not the Dwarf Craft, but the Slingshot Hope Craft. They are very similar in shape, but the Hope Craft has a little more volume in the nose for better bounce offs. The Hope Craft is only available in 103 cm whereas the Dwarf Craft comes in different sizes. But rumors say the Hope Craft will be available in different sizes too soon.

      Stiff handle and large blade (need to have fit shoulders or you will hurt them with large blade)

  • @njgoodchild
    @njgoodchild Рік тому

    This is a great idea! I’d like to get one made. What is on the underside of the platform that the legs slot into? Do you have any close up photos of that please? Also how is the design holding up?

    • @paygr01
      @paygr01 Рік тому

      Just 3 bits of aluminium welded together to make a slot, with 2 wing nuts to tighten it better to reduce movement. The only improvement I could make is to add one cross brace to reduce movement and I could make it longer. The design compromise means less parts, less weight and simplicity.
