EASTER HAMPER IDEAS FOR CHILDREN- what’s in my daughter’s Easter basket
Great haul thanks for sharing xxxx
Aww thank you ! And thank you so much for watching 🥰 xx
@@happyhomehappyhauls6151you are aware that "haul" implies an amount of something that has been looted or is retained illegally, right?
You can get portion cucumbers
I can’t online Tesco delivery which is pain as half would be great. Thank you for watching xx
I’m going to do the raisin trick for my little ones as they’re costing me a fortune on snacks! 😅 I tend do online for heavy stuff and then pick up the lighter bits when I do my shop. I do half online, half in store usually. I do like Aldi for meat, fruit and veg best.
Yeh it’s a good one as they last a lot longer ! I’m hoping I can get time to go to the shops in person but at the moment it’s a bit tricky with the two little ones. Thanks for watching 😊 cx
Yes I stock up on Tesco price items. I also bulk out my meat based dishes with adding tons of butter beans, lentils and chicken peas. I also like going to my local small Tesco in the evening as there’s loads of reduced items! I
That’s such a good idea to bulk it out with lentils as they are filling !! Also great to go for the reduced items, what times best to go ? X
@@happyhomehappyhauls6151 I go an hour before closing - hope you find some bargains!
Great haul. I only buy certain products when on offer…. I shop sainsburys and they do nectar prices…. So when it’s a good deal yes I also stock up…. Only way nowadays
So true 😞 what are the nectar prices like? Do you get good deals ? Thanks for watching xx
Great haul love tesco
Thanks and thank you for watching !! I love Tescos too !! 😆 x
One steak a week for the husband is the only quality protein in this haul. Take care of your health.
Thank you for your comment and concern 🥰 as I mentioned we have other food in fridge freezer and cupboards plus we are away for some of the week and have a meal out . Thanks for watching x
Great haul
Thank you and thank you so much for watching 😊 xx
Is the stain remover hood on clothes? My kids always getting sauce and food stains on their clothes!? My little one had bad eczema and the only thing that really got rid of it was a cream called Protopic and it was prescribed by her GP. Only needed a little bit for 3-4 days and it was fantastic! Then we use just e45 as a daily moisturiser to keep it at bay. Prevention better than cure they say. 😊
I haven’t tried the Tesco one yet but the sainsburys one was very good so I hope this one is too 🤞 my girl is always getting stuff down her too haha 😅 The sudcocrem seems to be healing it pretty well and then I’ll use the e45 for daily moisture I think. Poor things. She also suffers from hayfever badly too 😞 does yours? Thank you for watching x x
@@happyhomehappyhauls6151 yes, I use cetirizine for that daily. My ones eczema got quite bad and she developed an egg and nut allergy which they say is linked. Poor girl, but glad you’re little one doesn’t have any other allergies…I’m sure she will grow it if it 🤞😊
It’s horrible to see them suffer 😞 thankfully it just seems to be in June that she suffers BADLY with hayfever , puffy, sore, watery eyes so she only had meds during that time. I hope your little one grows out of it as I’ve heard that they can x x
Oh my, haven't installed the ap yet. Ill end up spending loads, looking at those prices. Great little haul, look forward to more xx 😊👍🏻
It’s dangerous but you get a lot for your money 😆 but like I said it’s addictive so don’t blame me 😛 thanks so much for watching xx
I like the idea of those little packs for individual snacks 😊
I thought it was a good idea and saves money 😊 c
Looks good. I’ve never ordered but I’ll definitely have a look
I love it !! Done quite a few orders! 😬 it’s dangerous though as once your start you can’t stop 😂 xx
I’m going to try that dine in meal…that chicken looked good. My shop has gone from £75 for family of 5 to £120 and it’s awful as my wages haven’t gone up!! Sick of this government 😤
Yes give it a go ! I think it’s good value for money and the chicken was very nice 😋 Yeh it’s awful isn’t it 😞 literally doubled and yet wages don’t it’s so tough 😞
Looks like a good deal from Canada, butter 7.29 a pound bread 3.79 milk 7.99 beef 48.00 a pound biscuits 4.50 etc
Oh wow that is a lot ! Thanks for watching x
Aw welcome back & great haul. Blimey I can't believe your daughter is seven months!! 😮 Hooe theyre both ok, thanks for sharing. xx
Thank you so much and thanks for watching 🥰 I know!! It’s flying by 😭 hope you’re well xx
Please don't give ducks bread it can kill them
Oh my goodness ! I did not know this!! Thank you, I won’t be doing that then. Strange how lots of people feed them bread 🤔 x
@@happyhomehappyhauls6151 if you go to ur local pet shop you can buy duck feed
What?? People have been giving bread to ducks for centuries…why would it kill them?
@@lauraclarke3938There are posted signs where I live about this from Department of Natural Resources. I didn't know about it before the signs.
Think you’ve bagged yourself a good haul with nappies, formula and alcohol. I’d be happy with that. Nice to have you back
Thank you ! Thanks for watching. I’m always trying to get items that are on offer. I’m just sad as our food shop used to be about £70 a week and now it’s so much more. Xx
Wow that cheap for all that including baby formula and alcohol..
Thanks for watching . I thought that was quite pricey 😆
The babies formula the alcohol, the beers, easy and nappies that would be just 50 $60 bite self and@@happyhomehappyhauls6151
I can't believe you're little one is 7 months old already where does the time go to fast hope you're all well xx
I know it’s crazy!! Thanks so much for watching again. Hope you’re well! Xx
Wondered whether it would have been cheaper for you to buy banana 's in the multipacks and not loose. I love the garlic bread it's my fave
Yes I love that garlic bread too!! Thanks for watching .. new video to follow..
❤❤
Thank you 😊 x
Tesco is very expensive I think, but Aldi prices are now almost double what they were a year ago on staples like cheese and meats. I shop around these days and stay loyal to no one supermarket
Good idea! Just tricky to find the time to do that. Aldi has gone up a lot and you don’t even get any points or anything back ! Thanks for watching x
Gosh, £80 doesn’t go very far does it! A few nice treats though at least 😊
Thanks for watching ! No it really doesn’t 😞 xx
Great haul xx
Thank you and thanks for watching ! Another one to come later today… 😊 cx
What a lovely nursery. Thanks so much for doing this as I have a small room for my baby and it’s great getting ideas. Also, I just love seeing real, honest spaces which I can relate to. I love those Disney sheets and all your lovely little decor bits. Will check out your other videos too. 😊
Thank you so much! 🥰 how old is your little one? Yes nothing worse than watching someone with a huuuge house and rooms where you can’t relate when trying to decorate/organise your own home lol x
@@happyhomehappyhauls6151 yea exactly! My girl is just a few weeks old…I’m bloody shattered!! 😂🥱
Prices are aweful I’m in the United States grocery bill has doubled spending about 400 dollars a week
Wow that is crazy !! How many people are you buying for ? Thanks for watching 😊 xx
Glad you are back Been with you since u started UA-cam
Thank you so much that’s lovely of you 🥰 xx
Congratulations on the birth of your daughter ❤ her little nursery is super cute Xx
Thank you so much 🥰 thanks for watching !! Xx
Congratulations on the birth of your daughter I bet she's beautiful hope you're doing well and you're family are all OK xx
Thank you so much !! Hope you’re well !! Xx
Welcome back & big congrats on your new baby. Look forward to lots more hauls. X 🙂
Thank you so much and thanks for watching ! I need to get back to making them again if people still want to see xx
@@happyhomehappyhauls6151 Aw yes would love to see many more, I'm sure everyone would on here. Hope everything is ok with you all xx
@@denisemckendry9489 thank you so much! I’ll see what I can do.. xx
Congratulations on your new arrival yes I'm the same compare the prices each week what I buy I find it hard as a family of 6 x
Thank you and thanks for watching 😊 xx
Nice to have you back 👍 congratulations on babies arrival 🍼 I am also a bottled water buyer…. Also I know I shouldn’t but my daughter will drink it like that but not from the tap….Needs must sometimes! Don’t look a lot but like you said you’ve got formula and nappies. Personally I am a sainsburys shopper and also shop as many of the value brands as possible. I’ve been doing 1 week at Sainsburys and 1 week at Aldi….. every week I shop at Aldi it’s more money than sainsburys! Sainsburys do Aldi price on lots of items and fresh fruit and veg last longer. I’ve decided to stop shopping at Aldi. Might be worth a go giving Sainsburys a chance.
Yes formula and nappies definitely bump up the price .. I liked sainsburys too but we have a monthly pass with Tesco that we are locked into for a few months but may go back to that. I can’t believe you spend more at Aldi , do you get more or similar amount ? The problem I have with Aldi and Lidl is that I get too many things from the middle aisle 🙈 Thanks for watching x x
@@happyhomehappyhauls6151 shame you are locked in with Tesco. At Aldi I don’t buy middle isle items and pretty much buy same stuff from Aldi and Sainsburys most weeks. The only thing I can think why it’s more expensive is the lack of choice with options…. Sainsburys usually has a bigger range from value items to branded. I’m finding sainsburys really competitive plus get a nectar card cause also you get your nectar point plus they do smart prices so certain items each week are cheaper…. They are also items you buy regular rather than items you wouldn’t buy. These deals you need to go into store and use the scanner system they have.
Nice to see you back! Congratulations on your baby- would love to see a nursery/ bedside tour if you’re into that? Costs of shopping is ridiculous! Aldi and Asda cheapest I find. I do a lot of batch cooking and beef out meals with tinned beans a lot e.g a tin of lentils in with the mince for a shepherds pie or serving of chick peas, kidney beans, butter beans with veg and meat to fill us up. I make cheap puddings too and lots of soups and stews are cheap and healthy.
Thanks for watching ! Thank you 🙏 yes I will do a nursery tour for you and load shortly , thanks for the interest 🥰 Beans are very good to fill you up ! Good idea thank you xx
Hide your toilet rolls in it if you have a windowsill or shelf in there. It's a lovely basket maybe even perfumes or similar if you don't display them? X
What a great idea thank you !
Love a mini egg Easter egg. Noy sure what will get this year the prices are very different now lol x
Love an Easter egg!! Ridiculous the cost of everything now 😞 x
@@happyhomehappyhauls6151 I know. Cutting back this easter lol be spending the money on toys instead x
New subscribers here! Lovely haul! Thank you for sharing x
Thanks so much for watching !! Sorry for the delay in replying I’ve not had a chance to get on here. Hope you’re well x x
@@happyhomehappyhauls6151 that's OK lol. My boy has scarlet fever so we are resting the weekend hope you are all well x
Sorry to hear that! Hope he gets better soon xx
@@happyhomehappyhauls6151 thank you x
Hope you are doing okay
Thank you so kind of you!! Just juggling life with a preschooler and new born 🥱 haha hope you’re well xx
Yes you got to shop where ever you can save the penny's as all turns into pounds I got tin tomatos at asda for 30p but only let you have 3 items of each item .as I brought 5 as I was going to batch cook at beginning of week but till lady said we are only aloud to sell 3 of each item so I know now that's fare enough. X
Wow I didn’t know that . Such a good idea to batch cook!! What meals do you batch cook? Thanks for watching
@@happyhomehappyhauls6151 hi there I batch cook spaghetti bolegniese chicken and brocoli pasta bake .sheppards pie.and my fave at the moment because its cheap mince and onion hot pot.and cheese potato pies .x
Sounds lovely and some great ideas ! X
Love thoses Milkybar ices creams
😋 thanks for watching ! X
Fab haul. I should try the Brioche rolls. I keep seeing them. It has been so long since I have been to Tesco xx
Thanks for watching ! I believe Lidl also sell the plain brioche x
Can't get old school cake in Scotland stores
Thanks for watching ! I think they may be new so you may come across them x
Eeek! Congratulations on bubba no2 being on the way! Xx
Thank you ! Hope you’re doing well 😊 xx
Great haul at Aldi. You seem to have a lot for your money. Have a lovely holiday.
Thank you !! Yes I definitely think you get a lot more for your money x x
First time watching nice haul
Thanks !! I’m a subscriber of yours and love your videos 😊 xx
If you have an asda near you, they have got the essentials range and the reviews have been fab for all the products I’ve seen. It’s all over tiktok, if you are on it type in asda essentials range and have a look xx
Thanks! Yeh I’ve seen those, seems very good ! Aldi and Lidl are both much closer but I shall keep that in mind. X
Hope you have better luck with Lidl or Aldi. I am a sainsburys shopper but have drop to many of the value ranges to try and save a bit. I do like Aldi and think you can get some good deals but I don’t think fruit and veg last as well.
I used to like sainsburys too but found them too pricey even with lower ranges , I think with shopping online you don’t see the full range. I agree with you on the fruit and veg though! X
I enjoyed this haul x
Thank you so much! Have a great weekend x
Great vlog, I’ve missed your hauls as I love your accent - you always seem cheerful 😀 My toddler is awful with her veg and fruit too! As soon as she turned 2 she went off it all. I just keep trying every day. Sometimes she eats broccoli and she will drink a smoothie which I make up every morning for her and I (banana, yog, almond milk, strawberries, blueberries) so at least that’s 3 fruit out the way!
Great idea !! Yeh she ate her fruit and veg before and now just says yuck. Where are you from? I feel like my accent is very plain and boring haha. Thanks for watching x x
@@happyhomehappyhauls6151 I’m from Seattle in America but my mom is English (from Brighton) and you sound a bit like her! 😊
Aww that’s lovely x
Lovely haul Congratulations on your baby xxxx
Thank you so much and thanks for watching ! Have a great weekend x
Congratulations on your baby news. Hope your eating starts to settled. Love your haul so will watch if you are feeling well enough ❤
Thank you so much! Thanks for watching, hope you’re having a great weekend x
