Without your guys help in the war (the US), I would not be here today. Thank you to all who served and gave up their bodies, and souls so that others can be free.
Always remembers me of when i was a little kid and watched and rewatched band of brothers because i found truly fascinating the stories of the greatest generation that Earth has ever seen.
Brilliant piece of music….. the opening cinema is extraordinary. It gets me every time. Our guys suffered a lot in the Pacific…..Marines and US Army infantry. I hope our beloved US Navy gets a similar series. They suffered greatly. 🇺🇸
Every. Single. Bloody. Time... No matter how many times I've heard this song, it's like I'm hearing it for the first time and it fills my heart with such emotion and gratitude. Kids of today will NEVER understand what these men and women went through (I say women because, even though they weren't in the battles, they too played a massive part in that war and we'd have lost it without them.)
We watched this series last year, a friend of mine gave us his bluray set for a few weeks. My wife and I loved if from E1 to the very end, but E9 broke me like nothing on a screen had never before... and learning afterwards the all "behind the scene" about it....This series should be shown to our children in History class, along with masterpieces such as "Saving Private Ryan" or "Hacksaw Ridge", to remind them what young people from not so long ago endured to ensure our freedom nowadays... Rest in Peace Easy Company, your mission is accomplished... from a humble and thankful Frenchman who wishes he could have served his country if his eyesight wasn't a mess
4+ million Indian🇮🇳Soldiers also took part in the First and Second World Wars USSR helped us in the 1971 Indo-Pak war we did not forget them But till date i have not seen even a single European giving respect to Indian Soldiers The Soldiers(Who fought another nation's war thousands of miles away from their families and made the supreme sacrifice of their lives) who fought on very important fronts.
USSR did not help India in the 1971 Indo-Pak war. That’s Soviet propaganda issued because of the Sino-Soviet split left the Soviets facing down both NATO and China.
One of the best friends I have ever had in the world, one day, invited me to his home in the south of the United States and showed me this series. At every scene, I couldn't help but shed a tear. Maybe this sounds silly, but here, in Argentina, we have a lighter version of the story. And to see all that America has done for the West, simply makes me feel grateful. From the bottom of my heart, I hope you always know that you will find a friend every time you look south. THANKS AMERICA!

New people don't get that part but some people do how they respect the old soldier why? Because they save us 🇺🇸 they should look up history they great.
I was only 13 when I found this, my grandfather my uncle etc. All military, my heart and deepest respects goes to them. Our country wouldn't be here if they didn't give the sacrifice...I will never stop rewarching this show. God bless all of you for giving your lives for us...we will never forget the honor or bravery.
I am Japanese. I was in tears when I saw this movie. Don't forget that young American soldiers fought and kept thinking of their hometown. Sorry for the poor English.

Greatest open for any WWII film or show ever made. Fucking masterpiece.
all time legendary masterpiece
I never once skipped the intro😌
The magic of The Pacific and Band of Brothers intros will never be recreated.
True sobbing. Every. Single. Time.
Definitely some similarities to Band of Brothers them song at some moments
God bless the brave United States soldiers who liberated the Pacific. Never forget.
The actors should be proud to have been in this.
They are only actor...it is not real blood. Remember it boy..
I think they were.
@@sivispacemparabellum4563 But I'm sure they were proud of being actors in a show like this. Not saying that they thought of themselves as soldiers.
Just came here after I finished watching Masters of the Air.. and watching the Pacific intro..
I always can’t stand it at 1:47. Tears...
1:30 for me
Man the goosebumps just hit hard at the end. I love the Bob Ive rewatched so many times

When you hear and watch the intro you are so proud to be an American
Most people asked hey, what school did I attend to? I said, gentlemen, I didn't go to Harvard, Standford or Yale. I went to basic training, proudly.
1:54 Buck taking off his helmet utterly shatters me
He couldn’t bare seeing Joe Toye and Bill Guarnere like that
Thank you Steven Spielberg and Tom hanks for making people understand the history of war.
Best series ever produced.
God bless and keep easy company!
this song is so powerful
la mejor serie de guerra de todos los tiempos
One of the greatest intros in the history of television
My favorite WWII movie/documentary. My Grandfather and Uncle were WWII veterans.
Rest in peace, heroes of Easy Company
What about the ban of brothers and sisters in arms right now

Can't listen to this song anymore. Grandfather did 35 missions in Europe with USAAF. Once he passed it was too hard to listen to any more.
Bet lots of us feel emotional and shed tears for this music
Most honorable man of all Time 🇫🇷🇺🇸

It would be cool to get like a civil war show that’s like band of brothers

How come it’s always the people with good English that say sorry for the poor English
Seeing this is intro for the first time was an experience that cant be topped
